Not great tasting but no scrimping of Shilajit in these gummies
This is a hard one to review. I'm pretty much a gummie connoisseur at this stage and can even spot some of the patterns of some gummies that are obviously sold under different brands but more than likely manufactured in the same place (i.e. idential gummy shape and packaging for example). These gummies are unique in that I've not come across the packaging or the mould of the gummies before. I usually get excited when this happens as it means I don't know prior to opening and tasting the contents what I will get. So back to these. As I said they are unique. They have an angular mould and texture of the gummies is soft and not too chewy. This is where the hard part comes in. These gummies are sold as elderberry flavour. I can't really say I got a good sense of that flavour mainly because the taste of Shilajit is very strong in these gummies. Now if I'm honest I hate the taste of Shilajit which is one the reasons I find other means to get it such as gummies. Having just said that some of the Shilajit gummies I've had in the past you really do wonder how much Shilajit is actually in them. As the supplement is a dark resin or powder and some of the Shilajit gummies I've had in the past are almost translucent, which begs the question how much of the active ingredient is actually in them.Although I can't say I'm a fan of the flavour of these there is no mistaking that they haven't scrimped on the active ingredient of Shilajit as it's very evident in the taste. So although as I said I'm not a fan of the taste of these I'm in no doubt that you are actually getting a decent dose of the supplement in these gummies.

Gummies that don’t taste much better than the raw supplement
These are the first gummies I have had that don’t taste great; they actually taste not very nice. I have been taking Shilajit for a year, mainly in the form of resin and have found it to be very useful. The resin, though, is very much an acquired taste and it is very hard to measure out an accurate daily dose. These gummies, I assume, are an attempt to fix these 2 downsides of Shilajit. These gummies also contain Ashwagandha, which I have also taken on its own and found to be very beneficial, so the combination of Shilajit and Ashwagandha with some vitamin B6 added sound a great combination. These gummies come in a transparent plastic bottle with a foil seal and plastic screw top lid. The gummies are dark purple, elderberry colour, are an interesting cubelike shape, and are soft and easy to chew. Although the gummies sadly contain sugar in the form of sucrose, I would not have known this from the taste. Shilajit has a bitter tar-like taste, and the amount of sugar, sweetener and flavouring does not fully mask this taste. The strongest taste is not sugar or Elderberry, but the unmistakable taste of Shilajit. This might be considered reassuring or disappointing depending upon your point of view. I like gummies because you get the benefit of the supplement in a form that tastes great. Unfortunately, these don’t.

These feel like they defeat the point of gummies
I got these because I was curious what an elderberry flavour would be like and sort of ignored the fact that the dosage seems to be surprisingly low (misprint perhaps), I found the other Wellboost things I have tried interesting due to their unique flavours so I was imagining these would be too. However these have a very strong taste to them that very much just seems to be Shilajit itself or something that certain reminds me of the unprocessed resin which I feel defeats the point of putting supplements in gummies (to avoid the taste and replace it with a better one). I'm actually fine with the taste of Shilajit but that actually dissolves into things easily whereas a gummy would not.Perhaps could be more recommendable if the dosage is in fact a misprint since the strong Shilajit taste would at least make some sense (since the dosage would be pretty high) but otherwise there are other far tastier options out there for gummies.

Effective Shilajit gummies
As these gummies contain Shilajit, Ashwagandha and vitamin B6, they sound ideal. The gummies themselves are an unusual shape, and not sugar coated, but they do contain sucrose, which I suppose it to help with the taste. As regards taste, they are an odd flavour, neither pleasant nor unpleasant. I wouldn't have guessed elderberry, but the Shilajit is not overpowering either. I wouldn't eat sweets this flavour, but as a supplement, they're okay.

Believe the gummies are working well
Currently taking to boost energy and stamina, improve brain function, reduce ankle inflammation, support my weakened immune system, improve sexual health, help my aging skin, and reduce stress and anxiety levels:Arrived promptly.Minimal packaging, but safely packaged.Nice professional packaging/label that add to the value of the product.Clear instructions on how to administer/consume for daily dose allowance. No unpleasant taste, no harsh chemical after-taste and not bitter either.Value for money here given extract ingredients and potency, would say is the higher end of its kind on the market.Would recomend this product amongst others, as believe it delivers on what it aims to, in less time than others currently online.

Vegan Shilajit gummies
Their vegan gummies, recommended dose two a day, you get 60 in the bottle, which was seal foiled.Unfortunately I found I didn’t particularly like the elderberry flavour, not for me, sorry.Good use by date of august 2026.As with any supplement, if unsure, check with your health care professional first.
