Works Great!
READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST! Many people have had bad experiences because they forget one thing. Reading the instructions and knowing what settings to use with specific types of paint will help a lot. The sprayer is very efficient and creates smooth finishes. It’s a little heavy in the hand after awhile and clean up is not so bad. You can paint a lot in a very short amount of time.

Good for outdoors. A problem indoors
The product works well but isn't designed for big projects. had hoped to use it to paint the walls in four bedrooms. The first bedroom became cloudy with paint in the air. I painted the others with a roller. I will use it for painting things outdoors.

Do not recommend
The sprayer did not meet my standards, hard to use and does not spray well.

Heavy to hold
I have not used it because it’s very heavy. It doesn’t take much to know that adding paint will make it too heavy for me to handle. It’s still in the box brand new. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a sprayer that light and easy to handle. Because of the weight of it it is top heavy and will tilt without paint in it that is another reason why it went right back in the box.

It is a piece of crap that needs to be trashed out.

Clogs up pretty bad after 3/4 of a gallon of paint, when clean, works well.
Well, I bought this at Lowe's after some piece of junk I bought on here didn't work at all. This one does work, but it's a huge pain.It does work with thicker paints, which was good because I was using a latex concrete paint and it said it didn't need thinning for sprayers. It's pretty easy to use - I like the high power setting and the adjustable spray volumes. But this clogs up considerably pretty quickly. At first, it will gum up some and you have to stop and wipe it. A lot. Then, after you are 3/4 through a gallon of paint, it will irrevocably gum up and spit paint out in a gloppy fashion. There is no quick fix for this, you have to take it apart and clean it.Cleaning is extremely tiresome and does not take the "5 minutes" they claim here. Paint is in every single nook and cranny of this thing, and it is excruciating to clean it all. Also - there's this black "soot" that somehow gets on everything - like the thing was melting and the black stuff just got on everything else, making it even more gross to clean.I am happy that it worked. I liked the power and I liked the coverage. I didn't like that it became unusable pretty quickly. I wouldn't recommend this for latex paints at all. Stains maybe, but thicker stuff just gums it up.

I found this simple and efficient and effective. Recommend.
I read the reviews and because I had already bought one the night before proceeded with caution and reluctance but was circumstantial stuck. I read the directions carefully and purposive your because it has been my experience that bad use reviews are often the result of not reading or at least not following the instructions. Skeptical i tried it first with water adjusting all the settings to get a sense of the differences in the settings and techniques. I put in a fairly fresh dose of Behr’s top quality solid deck paint, adjusted the settings high power, 9 thickness and tried both narrow and wide sprays close in and open deck respectively and both directions, vertical spray world best for me. The results were very satisfying. Solid and smooth coverage and equally importantly it got between the cracks in the decking saving considerable additional work. Clean-up was not five minutes but it was less than ten and much simpler than older sprayers with which i have not had much luck. Recommend.
