I’ve been using the TOSY Flying Ring with my kids for about a week, and it’s been a huge hit. Grandson just received this as a gift. So far, it's a hit. Easy to use and there's no sound. Love the LED lights and it is super soft, which I know for a fact. After being hit in the face by accident or so I was told, lol. Will update this after a couple of weeks.

Although my grandson loved the flying ring. Second day it got stuck in a bush. When my grandson pulled the ring out, it was broken in half. For only having 6 days.

Updated review of Tosy: After the company saw my review which I wrote months after I purchased the item and even though I didn't even contact them, they reimbursed me with no questions asked other than to apologize, hint that it may have been a defective unit, and they offering to send me another for free. I decided to take them up on it and they sent me two, which was quite surprising! I now have two new ones, one blue and one green (on top of my previously purchased blue one which I had purchased before and the kids had stopped using). Upon using the new green and blue, I quickly noticed that the green is much brighter and thus easier to see than the blue. The first day of using the two, they worked fine. That was a week ago. Yesterday, my son and I tried out both of them and the lights were not always consistent, but better than the first one I had purchased way back. My son mentioned that the sensitivity of the Tosy could be improved so that it always lights and one other thing is that it does not always fly straight. Interestingly, it flies more straight when thrown upside down. Besides that, he said he would give it a 4 or 5 star rating. So, as the toy could use a little tuning, I gave it 4, but as for the company, I GIVE IT A FIVE! Excellent customer service! Great company! Here is my previous review and star rating: 2 stars: Flies fine, but the lights stopped working well or consistently during the first or second use.

Update: I’m updating my review from below because the customer service is AMAZING. They have me a full refund, and that is exactly why I will reorder these and give them another shot. Companies that stand behind their products are the ones that I like to do business with. Thank you ! And besides that, they are really cool flying light up discs. My kids had a blast with them…hopefully the next two I get have lots of life! ***************** Two stars for the one and a half days the two discs I bought for my kids actually worked. I was so excited about these—and so were they. I bought them in red for Valentine’s Day gifts. When they stopped working at the same time altogether the next night (tonight), I changed the batteries—thinking maybe they wore them out after just a couple of hours..? But nope, they’re done. When they worked, they were pretty cool—bright and fun. I loved how we could play in the cul-de-sac because it only flies so far….enough to be fun, but not enough to hit a neighbor’s house or car. Pretty disappointing.

I am a huge fan of the TOSY brand frisbees! Got turned on to them several years ago and have bought the full weight regular frisbees. I bought this one to use with my husband. We play frisbee all the time in the park next to our house. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury so I haven't been able to play for several months. I bought this because I know that the rings are significantly lighter and that I could throw this and not aggravate my shoulder. Sadly, however, this was so light it literally wouldn't go more than about 10 to 15 ft before it went way off course. Almost impossible to fly straight to somebody beyond 10 ft. The joke is that we play frisbee so much that we'll just use this one inside the airport rather than once we get to our destination. We always travel with a frisbee and the light up kind is really great cuz you can play at sundown and even in the dark for sure. This one does light up very well but it's so so light that it's really not worth playing if you want to fly something very far. You could virtually play with this one inside the house because it's so light. Once charge the battery will stay charged for quite some time and considering the price it's a good little gift maybe for some kids. The bright colors of the ring when it's flying is super great. But the functionality of it for true frisbee throwing is a little bit disappointing. If you really want to play frisbee frisbee with a light up disc you want to go to their regular 175 g frisbees for sure. Considering that this one was pretty cheap, I wouldn't say it's a terrible value but if you're a hardcore thrower this won't do it for you.

Die Qualität ist hervorragend, das Material fühlt sich sehr robust und langlebig an. Selbst nach mehreren Würfen und Landungen hat der Ring keine Kratzer oder Dellen. Einfach zu handhaben: Das Beste daran ist, wie einfach er zu werfen und zu fangen ist. Er fliegt stabil und präzise, sogar bei etwas Wind. Für alle Altersgruppen: Egal ob für Kinder oder Erwachsene, das Spiel macht einfach Spaß. Es ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich draußen zu bewegen und gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Für sehr kleine Kinder unter 6 Jahren könnte es am Anfang eine kleine Herausforderung sein, den Dreh rauszuhaben. Aber mit ein wenig Anleitung klappt es bald. Fazit: Wenn du nach einem hochwertigen Wurfspiel suchst, das robust ist und garantiert Spaß macht, dann ist dieser Ring die perfekte Wahl. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Great frisby type flying ring lit up when flying with bright LED lights around the perimeter . Has a lost mode and the battery has a decent play time before running low and is easy to change battery . Our grandson loved it and said it is the new game that his mates have all got into . Nice and light to throw and stronger and more robust than it looks . Price was ok and hopefully hours of pleasure to come .

Batterij vervangen omdat het maar half werkte. Daarna werkte het nog niet voldoende en alleen maar groen licht ipv de meerdere kleuren. Je moet ook erg hard gooien om licht te zien. Te duur
