The tin the wax came in was super cute with Halloween decorations around the edges of the lid. Its a nice touch to the tin and sticks out when you look at it. I used this with 2 other colors and brands of wax to compare them to each other. This wax was the most viscus of the 3. The coverage was great even with it being so fluid. I would say this color covered the best of them all and we used the least amount of wax to get the look. Has more of a silver look to it then grey as its very metallic looking. The color came out easy and lasted all day. There was no color residue left over in my hair and I did not have to wash it more then once to get the color out. This was a super easy to use product that has awesome results in the end. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have their hair colored for 1 day. Great for costumes and cosplay. I would buy again!

9/24/2024: Hansuby - Temporary Red Hair Color Wax (Red)I don't know if anyone else remembers these, but back in the late 90s/early 00s there were these temporary hair dye tube things that you applied with what looked like a mascara wand. If you do remember those, this this very much like that. The wax is not hard like candle wax, so it's easy to get it out of the jar onto your hair. Having to put it on with your fingers means it's a lot messier than those old ones were, but it also allows you to put much more on, making the color seem bolder.It is a bit sticky, and I do not like how it feels on my hands, but once it dries on your hair you can brush your hair and the hair texture looks pretty normal. At least that's how it worked on my hair, which is wavy and more course than I would like. If you have very fine hair you might not like how it turns out, but you'd have to try it to know.I didn't wear gloves when applying it, but it washed off easily with soap and water.The instructions say to dry your hair to 80% and then apply this, then finish drying your hair. I'm not really willing to put that much effort into hair styling though (it's too long and takes hours to dry even with a blow dryer) so I just put it on my dry hair (I did a few streaks, not my whole head), waited for the wax itself to dry, then brushed it through.I have dark brown hair and the red of the wax was definitely visible, though a bit more subtle than I had hoped. It would work best on much lighter hair. I'm guessing it would be more visible if my hair was damp when I applied it, as the instructions suggest.I was worried that it would rub off onto things, but I didn't notice red on anything else. If you put it on damp hair, there might be a little more risk of getting it on things since it won't dry as quickly as on dry hair, but I wouldn't worry that much. Just don't wear a white shirt, maybe. Also be careful about going out in the rain I guess.

I love this hair color wax and how easy it was to apply. I got this for Halloween but I wanted to take it on a test run so I would have an idea how my hair would turn out. The wax color is soft and rubbing the product in your hand gives it some heat to apply to the hair with ease. The result is instant and once applied your hair is ready to style. I like that you can apply as little or as much to get the shade of color you want and it's easy to wash off the next day or leave it in for a while. Overall, a great and easy way to change the color of your hair for Halloween, cosplay or just to wear for the weekend.

Stocking up on hair color for halloween or well just for fun. Yes I know this Temporary Green Hair Color Wax for Kids, Women Men Colored Hair Styling Mud isnt a typical hair dye but I like that it not only dyes your hair it holds it. As it is a wax its not going to look like gel or hairspray, it's going to change the texture of your hair. We have not used this yet but my kids have dark hair and I know it's not going to show up at vivid.

My kids have dark, curly hair and this covered their hair pretty well - it is certainly the consistency of mud or dense gel but it is still pretty easy to apply especially if your hair is still a tiny bit damp as the instructions state. The only negative thing about this temporary hair color is that the packaging was a little damaged so the tin container was bent and leaking a tiny bit. Otherwise, still a great option for Halloween at a great price.

This is a great addition for a pop of color in your hair. It was easy to use and spread in the hair. It does take a little of time to dry, so just be careful about getting it on other things. I did not wear gloves when applying and it easily came off my hands and did not stain the sink.We have only used on light blond hair and you can see the color just fine. Also after it 'dried stiff' we just brushed it through and the hair became soft and retained the color. It easily washed off in the shower with shampoo.$9.99 for this wax is a bit higher than others I've seen, but not so crazy.I received this product for free through Vine, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

I love how you can use these one-time color waxes to streak and dry bold color on top of your natural hair for a lot of different effects. I love gray and silver hair colors, and this silvery gray will be great for creating streaks and even larger chunks of my hair to turn gray and blend back into the brown of the rest of my hair. Just wanting to try it for fun, however, it would be fun to keep and use for Halloween soon. Only negative is that you can’t keep it on longer than a day, and it all needs to be washed out in the shower before going to bed. It’s easy enough to do, and you can play with colors before deciding to do something more permanent. Would definitely recommend!

This "wax" is more of a mud or thin paste. The color is amazing, it's easy to apply and wash out, it does stiffen when it dries. This gold color looks very nice is dirty blonde hair; it looks like highlights. When using it in dark hair, the look is very bold. My hair has silver in it; this gold color is not very flattering on natural silver hair and looked muddled. Overall, this is a great product and a nice color.
