Peak Design Packable Tote, Zippable Ultralight Carry-All, Self-Healing Ripstop Shell, Weather-Resistant Stowable Bag

Great bag, lightweight, well made and great size. I bought this to augment my backpack when I have to take work out clothes or an extra outfit to work, it works great for that. The handle is just right to loop onto my shoulder (I’m a thick mammal) and has microfiber on it to stop it from sliding off. All and all a great bag and value.

I recently came back from Tokyo and can tell you this Peak Design Packable bag was our “go to” whenever my wife or I would buy items/souvenirs from local markets, tourist shops, or even Tokyo Disneyland. It’s seriously the perfect size for travel and everyday use, super durable and secure. We just toss it in our pocket, crossbody bag, or backpack and bust it out as needed. Granted if you get anything equal to, or greater than a shoebox, it’s most likely not going to fit this bag. However, 90% of the time it still came in handy and did the job perfectly. We also love that it zips up, has an internal pocket and did very well in the rain. Also being semi-light weight, I never felt like it was going to rip open or break even when we over packed it with stuff. It’s totally worth it IMO! So save yourself money (and the planet) from buying plastic bags every time you buy something, protect your purchases in a far more durable bag and look stylish too by getting this Peak Design Packable bag. I currently have only one Peak Design bag which I shared with my wife. However, I think she may have commandeered it since our Japan trip, so I’m planning on getting at least one more before our next trip.

The Peak Design Packable Tote has been a great go-to eco bag when needed for everyday activities, especially on my travel trips. This bag is quite sturdy, can hold some weight without feeling it’s digging into your shoulder, and there are no concerns about its body wall integrity reaching its maximum strength. I’ve packed the bag in my backpack and especially in my sling bag for accessibility when needed. It doesn’t weigh much at all. The stitching along the ends is reinforced with extra material. The handle has that soft, good grip feel while resting on your shoulder, so it does not slip. The handle does not dig into your shoulders too. The stowage pocket acts as a small pocket to store items if needed. I just spot clean it with dish detergent when needed. I am very impressed each time I use this eco bag, especially when on trips. I may consider another color for some variety. You can’t go wrong picking this up. A great investment!

Perfect for travel. It's packable and light weight so it easily stores until you need it. The fabric looks like ripstop and it's zippered closure. I used it primarily in Japan as a waste/trash bag. I would purchase snacks or drinks at FamilyMart or 7/11 and use the plastic bag as a trash bag inside this bag as it's easier to shoulder carry. Overall, it's a nice general purpose tote, albeit on the pricier side.

Like most Peak Design products this bag is well made. We appreciate the zipper when traveling.

Great medium-sized tote for travel. The best feature compared to other similar bags is that it zips.

The size is okay, however, I find the strap is a little too short. I wish more zipped though and that makes it the best one out there. It folds up decently small and is light.

Got both charcoal and white. 12L is perfect for everyday use. Feels sturdier than expected, and the zipper is super handy. Strap is comfy both handheld and over the shoulder. Only thing—it’s a bit bulky when folded, but still a great pick.
