Primaforce CLA 2400 mg per Serving (180 softgels) - Max CLA - for Men and Women, Non-Stimulating, GMO Free & Gluten Free

I've used CLA on and off over the years to aide in weight loss. I've tried a number of other brands including Primaforce and found that Primaforce generally offers the best quantity for the money. Looking at the per pill content, they offer the largest dosage with the most pills for the price of most any brand out there (you might be able to find a no name questionable brand for less but why bother). Taken 1 pill, 3 times a day, CLA can help break down fat deposits and help to aide in weight loss when on a quality diet and exercise plan. I've seen better weight loss results when taking CLA than just strict diet and exercise alone. Keep in mind that these aren't some magic weight loss pill. You don't just pop them and wait for the fat to fall off. You need to work for it like anything. They just help increase the losses. Don't bother with more than the recommended dosage as they're essentially 1g of oil which means they contain fat. Taking more than the recommended dosage will offset any fatloss you see from the CLA. They're natural and don't bring any side effects. Overall the Primaforce Max CLA offers the best bang for the buck of any CLA supplement that I've seen either on Amazon other supplement websites and stores.

I really like this product. I feel like it has help me maintain muscle and burn fat in my work outs.

Update - 1/24/14: This has lasted me from November taking 1 or 2 a day to keep my muscle retention pushing at work. However, I recently decided to try two at a time twice a day and realized after a week I discovered my muscles contracting yet even more. I walk all day and lift all day and when I go home will walk an additional two miles on the treadmill. I noticed the muscles of my legs contracting even more. The problem now is that I'm almost out. So for now I have to drop to one a day just to keep my muscles fueled for work. I'm placing in another order and will try two pills xhree times daily. The six pills a day will be depleted in 30 days. Unlike my previous two plus month long supply, but with noticing how four was really pushing my muscles, I'd like to see what six would do. - I've been on and off on different brands of CLA for years, they all seem to do the same. Some more potent than others. But I've noticed with taking CLA it makes my lifting MUCH easier. As a woman, lifting roughly 5,000-8,000 pounds in one day can be quite strenuous by one's own self. This makes my lifting so much easier with less strain on my muscles. I wish it did curb my BIG appetite. I wish it did help me lose weight. I wish it did turn my flab into fab muscle, but it doesn't. However with a lot of situps, less eating and more walking on the treadmill it does tighten the sides on my tummy and has given me a one-pack and more defined biceps. As per price wise, comparing this to the Natrol brand 1200 mg tonalin cla on a 90 CT bottle for two bottles when taking three a day for 31 days. That's roughly two months - 186 pills. I save $7+ by buying this product. And with Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner, I need as much money as I can get.

this product works and i'm losing weight as well.... this works well for me, but i recommend a PCP/Doctor to make sure its ok for you to use. thank you. when i run out i'll purchase again. Best Regards Scott

This is a good product however you need to take into account you will need to take 5 per day to get about the 3400 mg of CLA that most case studies on the effectiveness of CLA are based on. This is due to the product only having 700mg of CLA the 1000mg in large print on the bottle is slightly deceiving but alot of companies which offer CLA supplements do the exact same thing. The capsules are big and you do get that feeling like they are stuck in the back of your throat especially since you need to take two with breakfast two with lunch and one with dinner if you are looking to get at least the 3400mg. This is not horrible enough that I am going to toss the bottle but enough that I am going to try an alternative CLA supplement after this bottle is done somthing in a liquid form maybe. But please do take into account I am not a huge fan of taking anything in pill form. I take the centrum chewables for adults :) So the size of the pill could just be my adversity to taking any pill in the first place.

for the most part CLA is CLA. I have read, CLA can come from many different places, from sunflower seeds or milk, etc. I also read some CLA is more effective than others but I find it hard to believe the source of CLA really matters. I just look for the most CLA per serving, and have seen good results. I like this brand because they have ALOT of CLA pills per bottle, as I take 3-5 a day, so I want it to last a while. because there are 180 per bottle, and the bottle is relatively cheap for that ammount compared to other brands is why I went with these. This is my second bottle of this brand, and I have no complaints. I have tried other brands, but those bottles disapear faster than harry houdini. This is good CLA, just make sure you take the 3000-4000mg a day needed to see results and try to spread it out across 2-3 servings a day, not all at once, and you should be in good shape :)
