I've owned this feeder for a couple of months now. I replaced a failing auto feeder that would keep dumping food and was a pain to program. I got this feeder because it has an app that allows you to program and change the settings from the phone instead of getting on the floor and endlessly pushing buttons on the feeder. The app it uses is one I already had on my phone to control my smart plugs so very easy to get started. Setup and programming was a breeze using the app. I didn't buy this feeder for the camera function and kind of figured it was a gimmick, was I wrong. I have 3 cats and can never tell who is eating when the food drops unless I am in the room at the time. With the camera I can see who and how much each cat eats and send another serving if needed so everyone stays fed. It has saved me many trips from bed when I hear my large male cat digging in the cat food bag early morning. Just pull up the app and hit the feed button to appease him. The large size of the food hopper allows me to fill it once every week or 2 with 3 cats being fed. The stainless bowl helps with keeping things clean and germ free. The top lid stays secure so the cats can't get into it when unattended. So far it has dispensed on schedule and the correct portion every time.

Purchased this feeder for a specific situation - I have two cats - a boy and a girl - with different eating habits. My boy does not overeat, so I can safely leave food for him all day. My girl will eat constantly if food is available and gains weight quickly. Therefore, food for the boy is on top of the refrigerator - he easily jumps there. The girl cannot jump there, but she also needs to be fed when I am not home. This device completely solved the problem - now I can control her portions and feeding schedule. Feeder exceeded all expectations. Can control feeding manually or set automatic schedule. Feeding schedule executes precisely on time. App is convenient and user-friendly. Device is reliable, works with either power outlet or batteries. Particularly important - it works with local storage via SD card. Other models require mandatory subscription to cloud services, which did not suit me. There are very few models with local storage on the market. With SD card I get full control over monitoring. Can watch live video 24/7 or review recordings at any time. Motion sensor automatically records video when cats approach or walk nearby. Can also talk to them live or use pre-recorded voice messages. This is very convenient - you are not dependent on anyone, everything works autonomously. What also impressed me - some time after purchase, the manufacturer contacted me themselves to check if everything works properly. This is the first time I have encountered such a proactive approach to customers. Company truly cares about customers and product quality. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I am very pleased with the feeder. We purchased this feeder before a vacation and have used it for 5 months without any issues. I have owned 2 other feeders in the past and this is the only one that has worked as advertised. It was easy to set-up. It has good stability and substantial weight to prevent tipping. It is a great aid for cat health because I can set the number of feedings and the quantity of food to be dispensed. I appreciate the battery back up in the event of a power failure while I am away. I can also check in by video while I am away. I strongly recommend this product if you have had other products fail in the past.

We have 4 cats so bought 2. I like the simple app features and that you can schedule, use app to trigger, or trigger on device it manually if you need. Battery backup if internet goes out or power goes off was a life saver when one of the cats stepped on the power strip and turned off the switch. It’s pretty sturdy as you can see from the photo. I’ve caught both my 11.5lb and 14lb cats sitting on top of them and they didn’t topple over. We’ve had them for a couple months and here are a few downsides so far: 1. It’s not easy to change out the food without emptying it thru the bowls. I forgot to put batteries in one and needed to turn it upside down to do so. When I pulled the half full food canister off, food came out the bottom of the canister and went everywhere. Common sense and the knowledge of gravity should have made me realize that would happen but I didn’t think it through before acting. Whoops! 2. I have one smart cat who is teaching the others new skills. After they are feed, they go to each feeder port and stick their paws way up inside the holes and dig around for a bit. Kind of similar to one of the food puzzle things, they are able to move the contraption inside and get more food out. From what I’ve seen, they can only do this after they’re fed, with the remaining food that’s trapped in that section because it didn’t come out the “slide”. I was worried they’d be able to move the internal turnstile and always get food but that doesn’t seem to be the case. 3. You cannot turn off one side. No matter what, it will feed on both sides. So if you have 3 cats, it’s an issue. This is a bummer right now for us because one cat is a kitten and she gets different food. So we have to let her eat their food when we’re out of town or we have to be there to pour one food bowl back in while she’s getting fed in the other room. 4. It’s very loud when the food hits the bowls. The cats can hear it a mile away and it took them a few feedings to get used to it. At first it would scare the bajezus out of them but now they come to the feeder and wait because they know when the food is coming soon. All in all, it’s been a game changer for our pet sitter and saves us lots of trouble when we have a spontaneous weekend away.

The cat feeder met all expectations. It worked very well, especially when I traveled.

This automatic cat feeder ensured that our cat got his food regularly and on time while we were away for a month. The ability to control the size of a single serving and the number of servings (and times) per day was perfect for our needs. The camera and the motion-sensing capabilities really helped to keep track of our cat and his eating patterns. We returned to a happy and healthy cat, thanks to this feeder. Now that we are back, we still use the feeder because it is so convenient. Additionally, the feeder dispensed food with 100% accuracy over the past two months. Also, the container seemed airtight, and the kibble had never gotten soggy even after a month.

Does exactly what you need it to do as a feeder, plus has the added bonus of a camera! The camera quality is surprisingly good, even in the dark. Plus you can set up the camera feed to go to your PC, so I have it set up on my second monitor so I can keep an eye on my kitten while I'm working. Love it!

Simple to setup and manage and it works quite well. The two improvements i could see are: empty container notifications, the fact you don’t manually feed makes you prone to forget. The other is if the plate is full it should skip the dispensing.

Only had it about a week and so far so good! Really easy set up with the booklet. You have to download an app but it’s free which is great. Scheduling feeding times was easy as and works perfectly from what I’ve seen so far. The camera quality is pretty good, although it is pretty glitchy sometimes and doesn’t always connect through when I’m away from home. But honestly I feel like that has more to do with my terrible home internet than the actual feeder itself! But yeah so far super happy with it
