These light bulbs are nice and bright!! The “Edison” bulbs are nice and I get a lot of compliments on them, plus I love the look. They do not generate a lot of heat, but I do suggest that if you need to change out the bulb, let them cool for a few minutes because they are hot to the touch. They function very well and give off a nice bright light.

I really wanted frosted, but now that I have them, I've changed my mind; they look great, and are bright enough. The retro look is awesome, and price is reasonable. Now I just hope that I get the promised 20,000 hrs of use out of them.

Good light and are good looking

My mistake might by not having read the description correctly because I thought the glass was amber in color. They are actually clear glass and doesn’t have the effect as in the picture on line. With that said, they are nice and different looking than any bulbs I have. I like a room to be somewhat dim rather than really bright. These are very bright if thats what you’re looking for. I’m keeping them because they are nice looking and they are in a spare bathroom I rarely use. The guests will like the lights as they are I’m sure. They are worth the money. I’m sure it’s my fault for not being careful.

One of the bulbs was burnt out, but the seller reimbursed for that one. These are nuce bulbs.

I wanted a vintage look, but not too amber or dark. Very happy with these, it's just tinted enough to be a soft lighting, but not so much that you feel like your in a dingy basement club. When you have them on full power they still do light up enough. See attached pics, in the first the island lights are dimmed to 50% while the table lights in back are at 100%. Second pic only the island lights are on, at approx. 30%. And more importantly forgive the mess, full renos going on, these lights are only a part of that :)
