Attention to detail is important.
It's a hobby knife. You use it like a pencil to do delicate knife work. So why does this get five stars?It's the little things. This comes in a case, which helps keep the extra blades near the knife. Nice touch, sure, but then I noticed that the case is held shut with a magnet closure. Well done!Looking at the knife itself, it's heavy ehough to feel good in your hand, and there's a hexagonal bushing on one end that not only helps you grip it better, but it'll also keep it from rolling away. Also a good thing.There are ten extra blades in a plastic holder that snaps shut, holding them securely. The holder for the blades is a form fit into the foam in the case, so even if the case gets bumped open, the blades will stay put.All in all, this is a hobby knife set that someone put some thought into. If you need one, this should do fine.

Great for crafting
It is a very good quality. Comes with a good variety of blades. Easy to use and keep clean. Cool steel color on the handle and is honestly a great price for all that comes with.

Excellent Option with Lots of Extra Blades
If you often do crafting or have the need to cut down paper to smaller pieces for office work or labels, this is a great tool to do so. The knife and case are made well and keeps everything in one location. You get plenty of blades which should last a long time if you use this tool correctly. Installation of each blade is easy and the overall knife feels sturdy and safe during use. Overall, a great x-acto knife.

Better quality than most
I have so many cheap hobby knives that I hardly even use. This isnt a legit Exacto but its the next best thing that I have tried.

Excellent quality
I am a painter who occasionally likes to cut out painted pieces to merge them onto a new page as "3D" elements, so having a sharp exacto knife with a shaft that's easy to grip is critical. This fits the bill nicely, and I love to see the hexagonal base, which makes the grip more secure and less prone to slipping around. Apparently the top of the handle is also magnetic, although I'm not sure why.
