It’s the highest protein I can find completely unflavored, unsweetened. It’s not chalky tasting. It’s pricey but worth it imo. Been using for over a decade.

I've been using Jay Robb since 2015 after going through brand after brand of various protein powder. Frankly, I was surprised that I failed to review this product much sooner, so here I am. For the price point, I believe it is above the cheaper whey protein, but the quality of the product is superb. Basically you get what you pay for. The flavor (chocolate is what i always get) is great; the sweetness from Stevia is just right to balance the flavor; the powder mixes smoothly by just using typical hand shaker; and no noticeable grainy texture or chalky feel on your tongue/mouth. The powder provides enough protein to supplement my workout, but I use it more as my breakfast substitute, as I generally do not wake up hungry and want to eat right away. In my mixer, I add ½ banana, almond or oat milk, and a scoop of dietary supplement powder on top of a scoop of Jay Robb protein powder. I drink the shake as I commute to work in the car. It keeps me focused on my work for ~3-4 hrs before I start to feel a slight hunger. After years of using this product, I have no complaints. You should give it try, if you have yet to find a right protein shake for you.

It tastes delicious! The ingredients are clean! I’ve been a customer for 10 years! I never give reviews, but for Jay Robb vanilla whey protein I can say I honestly totally love the product! I consume it daily!

Mine arrived with the zip-lock feature of the bag damaged so I could not safely store the contents in this bag. Instead I put it into a container I had from another brand of powder that came with a big plastic bottle (holds over a gallon). That way I didn't have to worry about bugs getting into it and it's easy to open and close. I probably would not buy this product again simply because a large quantity cost over 50 bucks and could not be stored safely in the bag provided. I think the powder itself is probably a good product. Tastes good and works good. It's just the container that is not manufactured very well and could not be relied upon to safely store the product. It takes me over a month to use a big bag of this stuff, so the ability to safely store and maintain the quality of the contents is very important. I doubt that providing a bottle-type of secure container would add much to the cost (shipping plus material). From my experience almost all manufacturers of protein powders ship their product in the large plastic bottles. I think that is very good and there is never a problem keeping the contents safe and fresh. On the plus side, the customer service representative was very helpful, responded quickly and was very nice and courteous. I did not return the product because I had an empty bottle available in which to store the powder.

I like the taste, and carbs are low.

I love the taste of this protein powder! I do mix it with a bit of milk and water because just water feels a little plain but that splash of milk makes the difference. It blends well, smells good and tastes good and has a good amount of protein to meet your macros. Go give it a try!
