PaperthinksNotebooks Recycled Leather Folio for iPad mini and 7-Inch Tablets (PT02421)

I wanted a sleeve case for my iPad Mini w/Retina Display that I could just slip it in and out of, and this one fits the bill perfectly. The recycled leather feels great and is very sturdy; as long as it's in the case, I have no fear that accidentally dropping my iPad will damage it. This is a very well made product and I'm extremely happy with it.Although I do give it 5 stars, I think potential buyers should also be aware that this case cannot accommodate any additional bulk other than the iPad itself. If you want to put an additional hardcase on the back of your iPad Mini w/Retina, then it probably won't fit in this (the retina display adds an additional 0.3mm of depth, which doesn't sound like much, but makes a huge difference when buying a case). Also, I can definitely envision the leather cracking with regular use along the top where the lid bends. However, that's not terribly uncommon with leather, so I don't count that as a big deal.Overall, I think this case is awesome and meets my needs perfectly. Gives me easy access to my iPad, protects it when I put it in my purse or am not using it, and it's super cute!

Like other reviewers, I find that it will only fit the Ipad Mini with a very thin case, and nothing else. I spent only a fraction of the price it's currently selling for though, so that's why I love it. This envelope/case exceeded my expectations. Did not want another folio style case, just something somewhat stylish to protect my new nexus 7 2013 when I put it in my handbag, etc. This case fits the bill and then some. The leather, recycled or not, is beautiful, and very sturdy; stitching is precise. There is a little room to spare when tablet is inserted, but not enough to be troublesome - magnetic snap closure is very strong. The interior is lined with suede like material matching the exterior to protect screen from scratches. This is a functional case that looks very "high end" for the money. And, I love the tangerine color!

I have a hard case on the back of my ipad mini and fitting it into the sleeve is a tight squeeze. It just barely fits and closes.

I love it! This was exactly what I was looking for. Elegant, fun and slim.

Product is of very good quality. I brought it out on many occasions and it provides good protection for its contents with its semi hard body. The strap seems to be sturdy and the gold finishing has not tarnished nor stain after a month of usage. The leather has a nice royal blue sheen to it and is easy to wipe. Beware however that the color does come off somewhat and has lightly stained my white leather phone casing.
