This is quality saline nasal spray. Used to use some cheap Walmart branded stuff with added preservatives which seemed to end up irritating my nasal passages. Looked up online and one of the ingredients was linked to causing tissue damage (YIKES!). Come to think of it, with a saline (salt) spray why would you need preservatives? Found this saline solution on Amazon and LOVE it. It is all natural with no preservatives. Just water, salt (saline) and aloe. Very nice to my nose and easy to apply with the spray mechanism.

Been using Arm & Hammer for years. That utilizes baking soda - to reduce irritation. Hm. This uses aloe. This is MUCH better! The sprayer is also wider... good if you just want to add moisture and not irrigate your sinuses. But that part works well, too...hold down for several seconds..tip head back, voila!No weird taste.. it's comfortable, and it works well!

I am very satisfied with this product. I use it several times a day with good results. It is efficient and easy to use.FYI, it is packaged in a non- translucent material so, unlike some other saline nasal sprays, it is difficult to estimate how much one has used and what amount is left.That is the reason for my subtraction of one rating star.

I was able to flush my nose & it didnt dry my nasal passages out. This is one of the better options for saline sprays.

Been having trouble with dry sinuses and thought this would be moisturizing. This is quite awkward to use and can be drippy. It is moisturizing but not long lasting. Will be trying something else.

If you use Cpap this is a must. I usexit all the time and have recommended it to friends
