It all feels of good quality. I was towards the top of the L size range so ordered XL. It fits really well and really helps supporting my lower back. I've been in transport all my life and occasionally my back gives up. Its very painful and makes even just getting up out of chairs and walking a real struggle. This product has really helped. For the money it seems like a no brainer. I would recommend it.

Excellent, I’m a size 12 to 14 and I bought the median and that was just about okay for me, really comfortable to wear really helped me with my back went, without it I will been crawling around the floor so very grateful really well made and comfortable to wear

Not my 1st belt. This does the trick for me. Nice even compression all round without cutting me in half so I can wear for hours at a time. Overall it’s just thin enough to sit within my trouser waistband so it doesn’t ride up. I’m M slimish size 32. It took me a while to work out that you need to release the Velcro side straps completely off the belt when you initially put on the belt THEN pull the compression straps across to suit your needs. My only negative is the Velcro on the belt closure itself is too lightweight for the job and it does slowly pull apart after a while if you’re moving about. Not a deal breaker for me this time.

5 days ago I had some nerve block injections in L4/L5 and ive had this belt on for 10 minutes and I feel like its helpful towards my recovery. The quality is great, the velcro is strong. Its a recommendation from me

Good support provided by this back brace. Covers a bigger area of your back, including lower back onto top of bottom area. Very supportive and good quality item well made. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived promptly. It fitted perfectly and was amazed at the relief it gave. My back was pulling me forward but the brace kept me upright. Suggest you remove while eating as causes discomfort.

Excellent fit to size and well worth the money

The belt is probably doing its job but is very uncomfortable, especially when you sit down.

It’s amazing and comfortable very light no harming , it’s helping me to work, I am using it almost 8:00 hours in work. It’s help me for my back pain because of I had sciatic nerve problems long time before. Thank you finally I found something that works for me.👍👍❤️❤️
