Bad sound quality
Sound quality is not satisfactory. Mobile phone sound quality is more better than this speaker.

Very good product. Due to 5.3 BT version pairs very fast with my Smart tv. Battery life is also very good. Only thing is we should not play it in big volume.

Defective product with no warranty claim support
The speaker had a battery issue within 10 days of purchase and I couldnt even claim warranty since BoAt kept rejecting the claim stating the product and invoice had a mismatch since the Amazon invoice has the product name as Stone 193 Pro/190 Pro. Waste of money!
