This supplement arrived in branded packaging. I had not heard of this product before but after reading some research on it I was very keen to try it. The capsules are regular sized and are easy to swallow with water. I did not notice any unpleasant taste or bitter aftertaste. I appreciate the fact that the ingredients are organic, UK made and vegan friendly. As with all supplements the efficacy is difficult to measure in such a short time. Higher price point but I think that is reflected by the quality of the ingredients.

I've gone for this product because it's organic. The price seems a lot, £14.21 (on special at the time of reviewing) but at 23 pence per capsule, is it really a lot to invest in your health?I've decided to try stringing nettle because I saw a nurse on instagram talk about how she gives it to all her new mums (who have just given birth) and how if you take nothing else this is it! She wasn't selling anything or recommending a product, just talking about how much she loves stinging nettles. I've done my own reserach and wow, it's amazing!It can help with UTIs, allergies (anti inflammatory), gout, encourages nail growth, great for skin and hair.It also contains the following ... ready ...Vitamins: B vitamins, Vitamin C & K, CarotenoidsMinerals: Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Selenium (which I think you might also get from brazil nuts which are so expensive), Magnesium, Sulfur, SilicaPhytonutrients: Chlorophyll, Polyphenols, Lignans, SitosterolAnyway, until I can harvest my own (it's everywhere in the countryside) I'll continue to buy from this company. But I do encourage new users to do your own research and take your new found knowledge to speak to a doctor about what would be good for you!

There is no doubt that this is a high end supplement. However to give this a max rating I would prefer to also see that batch testing was carried out along with a 3rd party testing certificate. The GMP facility is great but does not guarantee the absence of any nasty heavy metals which could potentially compromise the capsules. Organic is great though.The research is quite strong on stinging nettle root extract. It has been studied for its potential benefits in managing benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). This was my reason for trying this product.The trials go on to say..Stinging Nettle Root Extract has been shown to improve urine flow, help the bladder empty more effectively, and reduce common prostate symptoms such as urgency. It works by reducing the sensitivity of androgen receptors and inhibiting enzymes that contribute to prostate enlargement. Each person will have a different experience and we will not know how effective these are for a few weeks so will update in the event of those changes.As with all supplements it is always best to speak to your health care provider before starting anything that could interfere with an existing prescribed protocol.Given the price some people may find cheaper versions, but given the spec of this product ...will they be better?

Purely just taking as a preventive, won't be able to tell the difference until ages but it came sealed correctly, it's not difficult to swallow and the smell isn't bad.

These Organic Nettle Root capsules from London Herbs are excellent quality. Formulated from organic sources they are high strength, vegan and manufactured to a high standard. Easy to swallow, capsules and at under £15 for two-month supply, I think they are quite good value. I take these in combination with saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil to treat my bph and they certainly do help to keep me healthy and active without medication.

These London Herbs Organic Stinging Nettle Root Extract are absolutely great, easy to swallow tablets providing a huge range of nutrients, antioxidants & amino acids. The brand is really next level, organic ingredients wise, their commitment to substainablity, recycling etc as well as soil association accredited & UK made. Cost is a bit higher than I normally pay but for the quality I don’t mind as generally only take for a few months a year
