Quality built
Definitely sturdy, people close to 300lbs used and there was no problems. The three step one will allow a 5’2 person reach to 10ft ceiling. It is easy to carry and it folds with ease. When folded it is very slim so easy to store. I love it, I researched many ladders and I glad I bought this one.

Nice product
Product came with inspection instructions and 3 year warranty activation, very thoughtful. Very nice product, with rubber handle and clean finish, no loose end and all screws are tied, no weird noise when I step on the ladder.

Strong Enough to Hold a 350lb Uncle, May Scratch Floors...
This step ladder is indeed lightweight, taking about the same amount of space as a folding chair, making it easy to store and move around. The ladder's frame is pretty solid feeling making quite strong, it was able to hold one of my uncles that is 350+ pounds. There rear foot pads are hard plastic and don't provide much grip, which when the ladder is stepped upon it slides slightly when bearing weight; oddly the front footpads are rubber. Unfortunately, since the rear footpads are hard plastic, they can potentially scratch/scuff wood surfaces, so do take heed when using if you have wooden/vinyl floors.I can't fully vouch for the 500lb capacity claim, but it was able to hold up my uncle who is 350 plus pounds while he was changing tube lights in the kitchen. There was a bit of anxiety, especially when the back legs of the ladder slid further out a bit when standing fully on the step but then locked into place becoming stable. After a couple times stepping back on and off the ladder, they got used it and wasn't as cautious as before. I would assume that most people that are in need of a step ladder will be less than 500lb's and even at the lower 350lb's of my uncle, with that it should be reliable for anyone beneath those weights. This step ladder seems to be more ideal for quick and simple household chores, such as a changing a lightbulb, cleaning fan blades and/or grabbing items out of reach up high. I'm pretty sure it can be used in other instances like painting and light duty construction work, but I would rather use a step ladder that is "Construction Grade" being better built for such activities instead of a common household use item. The only thing that comes to mind of being an issue is that all the footpads are not rubberized, if the back footpads were rubberized it would definitely help with stability and grip while also greatly preventing scuffs and scratches as well.Overall, this step ladder is strong and sturdy, while also being lightweight and compact, making it a good solid choice for anyone needing a step stool/ladder for simple household chores. However, if you have wooden/vinyl floors that you cherish you may want to take caution when using this step stool.
