Works well. Lowers hematocrit
Lowers elevated hematocrit. Which is a good thing. Hematocrit was high due to taking testosterone therapy. I was recommend this product after watching a YouTube video on lowering it. I used one dropper-full in some water with TMG, Creatine and HMB.

Didn't work. Don't think it's grapefruit seed extract.
Grapefruit seed extract should be bitter. This is not bitter. It tastes like coffee. Has not done a thing for me. I've been putting it in my tongue full strength to kill thrush for 2 weeks and it's done nothing. I do not think there is any grapefruit seed extract in this bottle.
