Pros: easy to see, doesn’t distract from driving, low profile, seems well made, accurateCons: plug isn’t situated well for my truck, would have been even better if it was solarI did see a few reviews saying that is was inaccurate. I don’t know if their speedometers need calibration, if their units were faulty, or there was some other interference, but my unit worked great. I tested my speed with two sources outside of my speedometer and it was perfectly accurate with both of those other devices.The only thing I didn’t like was where the plug is. It might be okay for folks with a more modern dash that slopes down at a higher angle than mine, but on this old truck, the plug was in the way. A better design, since the unit is in the windshield, would be for it to run off of solar power. I think the build quality was good though and a decent purchase.

speed measurement error

Don’t waste your time or money. I have tried two different units both were bad at displaying speed. At least 6 percent off. Its only function is to provide actual GPS speed. JUNK

works good. I drive through a very long and dark highway at night that's radar control, also all kinds of animals may run across, so this helps me to keep my eyes on the road and maintain speed without looking down.
