good quality lighting for my Juwell tank
I bought this to replace an expensive lighting bar that had failed. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality and effectiveness of this item. I have a Rio 125 l freshwater planted tank and was unsure is there would be enough light for the plants. The plants are fine however, and it's a case of finding the optimum hours for plant growth without encouraging algae. So far 3 hrs in the morning and three hours in the late afternoon is working well. Because the LEDs are blue and white the light is best descibed as cool white.

The mains plug on this aquarium light is not safe.
I bought this aquarium light from Amazon back in August 2022 and after a year the back of the mains plug came off in my hand as I was pulling the plug out of the socket as I was about to adjust the timer plug socket I had the light plugged into, I could have been electricuted if I touched the inside of the plug but I put the back cover on before pulling it out the timer plug socket, the light was still ok but I am really concerned about the plug safety on this fish aquarium light as the plugs back cover is not attached securely to the plug and someone else could get a electric shock as the plugs back cover would come off again. The manufacturer should make sure everything is completely safe 100% and that includes the electric plug .

Light efficient
Ok just had delivered Packing bit over the top but certainly secure and protected The light looks good, white leds with one row of blue for night light if thats what you like Gives of sufficient light to 24" deep planted tank . Nice touch with grooved ends to sit over tank sides Will see how the plants perform with this light Had two smaller multi coloured led lights before and I am replacing one with this due to damage to it. So happy with this

Adjustable Aquarium Light LEDs
Fits my tank perfectly it is 910mm. There are blue lights and white and blue lights so this is a two-way switch; when on the blue it has a purply blue light and the other being white-blue is bright. I don't believe it was meant to have a remote this particular light? I didn't receive one? I am pleased with my purchase as it is not large but it is bright. Thank you.

Good Value for Money
Good value for money if you just want a basic fish tank light with Blue or White Light options.Switch in picture shows it on end of light but its actually on the wire itself.Very bright white light, a shame it cant be turned down a little. Blue is as you would expect (hurts my eyes if I’m honest)All in all, not too bad. Its relatively cheap and does its job.
