Great for Christmas activities
Easy to assemble, good size. The colors in my opinion could be a little bit more bright but maybe that is not the design. Pretty little boxes for an advent calendar.

Cute & useful, but not super sturdy
These boxes are cute and a good size to use for lightweight advent calendar treats like little characters, fidgets, candies, etc. Size isn't the only consideration though when putting things in the boxes. You must consider weight, as heavier items could just fall through the bottom flaps, especially when the box is lifted up. Another positive: The boxes are numbered too, which is convenient if actually using them for an advent calendar. However, they are made from kraft paper (think medium weight cardstock), so they are not super study. They come flat and you have to fold them together, which does mean you can fold them up and store them at the end of Christmas season to use again. If you do this, I could see them lasting for a couple years, but since they are kraft paper and not super thick, they could rip or get worn out at the seams after repeated use.Speaking of seams...you will also need to fold the seams as you assemble them to make crisp edges if you want the boxes to stack on top of each other, otherwise they kind of bow out.Overall, I'd say if you are just planning to use them for one-a few years and you aren't going to be putting anything heavy or bulky in them, they're decent. But there are probably some sturdier ones out there.

Great for making advent calendars!
I used this set of 24 boxes to make a cheese advent calendar. The boxes are 2 3/4" cubes, plenty large for 1 to 2 oz vacuum packed cheese treats. They would also fit small jewelry like earrings on cards or coiled bracelets, or small bags of snacks or candy. The boxes went together very easily. They're a little better than typical favor boxes because they have an extra tab and notch on the flaps that helps hold them in shape, plus they are 1/4" larger. Each box has a different print, Christmas themes in multiple colors on brown kraft. They're pre-printed with numbers so no stickers are required. A few Christmas stickers are included as additional decorations. One thing to know: I usually make advent calendars with numbers on the open flaps facing up and boxes glued together. These boxes have numbers on the front side when the opening is on the top, so they need to be used loose or in a stack. For my advent calendar, I wrapped an empty 8 1/2" x 11" open box inside and out, then stacked the small boxes in 2 layers with the numbers facing up. The recipient can take each day's box out and open it, making it a tiny bit more of an experience.I'd definitely use these again - the larger size, preprinted decorations and numbers, and durable boxes make these easier and better than my usual.
