WAHOO KICKR BIKE SHIFT INDOOR TRAINER

Love this bike for the form and fit including crank length.. and for how quiet it is. I'm also happy with the lateral feel, it's not too stiff when out of the saddle and has fairly realistic pedal feedback.. I was using the Kickr core for the last year and noticed I was able to put out more watts thru that resistance system.. the shift has a nice realistic feel, but doesn't carry momentum like the kickr core. If planning to do zwift or other online racing it might be something to consider.. sometimes gear changes can also hit a bit harder, but erg mode helps with that. the quietness and virtual shifting is worth the change to me. I think this bike has realistic feel and feedback and would probably make you a stronger rider for that reason. Assembly was easy. The magnetic connection under the handlebar has disconnected a couple times from me throwing a towel over the bars, but that's an easy elastic fix.

Arrived broken and had to be shipped back

My boyfriend and I ordered this bike hoping to get into indoor cycling. He assembled it fairly easily, but when he went to ride it, it made a horrible screeching noise. He tried to get it to stop, but nothing he did worked. After looking online, this seemed to be a common problem with this bike. He contacted customer support and they said they would have to send another one because there was no way to fix it. We returned this bike and ended up getting a different one that we like the seat of much better.

Great bike and perfect for indoor or daily training. This is an upgrade from my Concept 2 Bikeerg and this bike has been a blast to ride. Shifting gears is smooth, the erg is fantastic, very quiet and allows for solid, legitimate feeling of training anywhere in the world. I use this bike primarily with Zwift but the Wahoo app integrates as well. If you think you might want it, get it and you’ll be happy with the purchase
