If only I had come to Amazon’s OtterBox store first before ordering from OtterBox directly. Got few next day delivery with Amazon, and not woth OB. Got to wait ages for the OB direct one, which why i ended up ordering the second from Amazon. ANYWAY…the product itself is great. I have used OB cases for as long as I can remember for my iPhones past and present. A little fiddly to install, but the level of protection and attention to detail is second to none. Didn’t have any of the alignment issues others reported, nor any unwanted camera app opening. All good. My only gripe from this Amazon one is the non-retail packaging. You really should be given the option to choose. The case came in a plastic bag in a paper envelope. Could’ve been damaged in transit, but I guess I was lucky this time. OB - keep up the good work. Your R&D is great!

Substantial phone case for new phone. Fits well and makes phone chunkier but certainly better protected. Husband has poor record for phones and often drops them. Non slippy case. Charging hole has useful cover to protect against dust and fluff. Magcharge works well.

I’ve had these cases on my last three phones. Sometimes I like to throw the phone across the room. The phone has never broken. The flap where you plug the phone in always seems to come off eventually but doesn’t effect the integrity.

This is a good case. It’s survived some small drops but I don’t intend to test it. Good grip, easy to manipulate port cover, buttons, and camera functionality. Maybe a bit thick for people with small hands or may cause some trouble getting on and off, if you’re worried about that get the commuter which I used for 6 years on my old phone without replacing it

Sadly hopeless, always used OtterBox for all my phones, but the new camera button feature on the iPhone 17 seems to have thrown OtterBox usual rock solid performance out of the window . When the case is on the phone the camera button is constantly set off , you can change settings to make the button less sensitive etc but the phone would constantly be having to think about it using power and ultimately confusing the os it’s unnecessary and is the fault of Apple , who needed a dedicated camera button ? Not me for one . It’s my fault too for getting the iPhone 17 but it was upgrade time and I didn’t realise a simple (new) button would cause such a pain in the butt . Also finding a similar OtterBox type case for the iPhone 17 is proving difficult at this point . I really wish this case had worked like the others as the protection from previous OtterBox cases has been very successful, no phones broken ever (15years +) but if I kept this case (I returned it) the phone may have found its self flying towards a wall or some other unforgiving surface at high speed. For now disaster avoided. Just need to find a case that works with this silly button now.

Excelente funda es cara, pero vale la pena material de primera es algo robusto, ya depende de gustos en la persona a mí sí me gusta mucho, para personas que les gusta el celular Delgado, puede ser que esta no es la funda correcta, porque es un poco tosca, pero es agradable el tacto

This is my 4th Otter Box case bought on Amazon. The first three lasted my iPhone 13 an average of 3 years. Was buying the $50 ones from their store, so I just figured it just cheaper materials. So when I bought my iPhone 16 pro, thought I'd spend the extra and get the expensive version as a last attempt for them to regain my confidence. Unfortunately this one lasted me only 6 weeks and now too late to return. My last defender case! They don't build them like they used to. They used to out last my phones, now they're just an expensive joke :(
