Rit All-Purpose Powder Dye, Lemon Yellow

This dye works great! Just put some hot water in a pot, add the dye and throw in the clothes you’re wanting to dye. It worked beautifully, and those items are now a very pretty yellow.

Works well but the water needs to be quite hot and the garment needs to soak for a long while.

These pants were a pale yellow and had some blue dye bleed onto them so after using a product to get the bleed on dye out I decided to dye them a brighter yellow to hide the stain. The dye definitely works! Looks exactly like the color on the box. It was easy to use, easy to mix, dissolved well and great quality. For the price I paid, I’m happy with the results. I can wear my pants again.

Used this to dye white pants and button down shirt for my son's Man in the Yellow Hat costume. Turned out a perfect bright yellow! Didn't take long at all. I had never used clothing dye before and realizing it's so easy, I'll probably do it again!

True to color on package. A fresh lemon yellow. If you use two dye packets the yellow gets deeper. The powder is fine and is directions are followed, fabric/clothes turn out just as expected. I recommend stirring frequently rather than using a washing machine to better control the color.

It’s so much cheaper at Walmart little did I know. Also this yellow is super light, thought it would be a touch darker

No tiñe mucho la verdad. Supongo que sólo sirve si la prenda es totalmente blanca y 100% algodón. No lo sé. En mi caso no cumplió el objetivo.

Instructions could have been clearer, and product easier to use, dyed articles nicely

I bought it for my mum and she's happy with it- two bucket loads she reckons

the instructions are in such small print that I struggled to follow or read them even with my glasses on and in full light..... annoying. True to colour though.
