This punching man is legit, and in my opinion way better than a BOB. You can kick it, rotate it to face different directions, and he's got huge flaring nostrils you can attack with your fingers if you're into picking the nose of you enemies! The water in base holds well, and I think it's a great value, comes with decent 16oz gloves.

It is an excellent self standing bag. Does not tip over. Really worth buying although a little expensive. The skin seems harder than a Bob/XL

I recommend Bob to all my friends. Bob gives me a great workout. Easy to assemble and size is a good match for me.

The dummy it’s seems to be good time will tell. The ad says there is a height adjustment but that is false . There is no height adjustment on the silicone bob I received.

The pictures are confusing because the red one is described as blue and the blue one is described as red. I wanted the blue one but received the red one. But other than that it seems to be a very good training partner so far
