Do work...however.....
Purchased these for my other half. They do work and he gave up for a while but then he found a way to revert back to smoking on his peace pipe (vape)

It Works
I decided to give up smoking, so I purchased steps 1, 2 & 3. Currently on step 2 and will be starting step 3 on Wednesday. So far so good, not had any desires to smoke again, so, for me, they worked well - as I used to smoke 18-20 cigarettes a day.

Highly recommend
