For anyone struggling with this ..
Make sure the weight is at the longest length to start with. Otherwise, when it's short it's really hard to keep going. Other than that it's brilliant! You feel and see the difference quickly.

Was told it would take time to get used to. First attempt was far too easy, hardly needed to move to keep weight spinning, so returned as could not see it making any difference.
