Great resistance bands — durable and reliable!
I’ve had these resistance bands for almost a year now, and I use them every single day. They’ve held up incredibly well—no tearing, no stretching out, and the tension is still just as strong as when I first bought them. The material feels high quality, and they’re comfortable to use for all kinds of exercises. Whether I'm doing strength training or simple stretching, they work perfectly. Honestly, these are some of the best resistance bands I’ve owned. Totally worth it and highly recommended!

Great for physical therapy or your daily exercise routine!
My DPT recommended these. The bands come in 5 colors and resistance level with the yellow being the least resistant and the red being the most resistant and the thickest. I haven't gotten to use the red one, yet. But thus far, I am quite pleased. They are very well made and come with a nice pouch if you're away from home and want to take them with you.

Sky is the limit with enough creativity of how to use them.
This has so many potential applications. From assisted pull ups to various exercises to strengthen the body. Perhaps a bigger variety would have been nice, but so far I found use for every band from pull ups to squats to arms and shoulders. Good stuff.

Great for workouts and recovery!
I purchased these in order to use them both in warm ups and in my workout. They come with a nice compact storage bag that keeps them all in one location. They are good quality and have held up well for the few months that I have had them. They are reasonably priced and got here in a timely manner.

Great Quality and Great for Traveling
These bands are high quality and provide great resistance! they are great for many different workout options and can add just the right amount of added resistance to your workout. I love that they came with instructions and descriptions for use that helped me choose which ones were right for different exercises. Also, the storage/carrying case makes it easy to take them with you whether you are using them at the gym or traveling and want to stay on track.

Product great, motivation lacks
Bought these with big “new me” energy and a full plan to work out at home. Fast forward: they now live in the bag, untouched, collecting dust and silently judging me. So don’t ask me about resistance levels or durability under pressure—I can only confirm they are excellent at waiting patiently for motivation to return.

Not labeled
They are perfectly adequate bands at a reasonable price. They are not what is pictured though. There are no weight ranges labeled on the bands. That might be fine for you but if you are trying to integrate these bands in with another set of heavier bands, it’s going to be a guess where they overlap as color coding is not universal.
