This ball bounces Great and I was really impressed with it. The quietness of it when I shoot baskets in my living room is really convenient. Now, if it bounces into something not secure it could make some noise, but shooting with the hoop and backboard from Nero is really quiet. The size 3 (7" diameter) ball, is much better for shooting with than most of the other smaller brands with baskets. You have a bigger ball which gives you more control when shooting than the much smaller foam balls normally used.

This is my 11 yr old's review. He gives it 4.5 stars. The only reason why he says it doesn't get 5 stars is because it's smaller than a normal size basketball. He wishes it was a little bigger but he still likes the ball a lot and uses it for his indoor hoop perfectly. (Personally, any bigger size ball wouldn't fit for his back of the door hoop.) This ball works. It's about the size of one of those mini-rubber basketballs you win at a carnival but made of a nerf type material. It does have a nice weight to it. It bounces decently on any hard floor but I worry about it getting dirty so not a big fan of dribbling with it. Even the groove lines on the ball for rotation are very nice. When you have three grandsons wanting to bounce, throw and catch balls in the house this is the best! It saves a lot of telling them to stop before they break something. Matter of fact after purchasing one ball I ordered two more!

We have purchased a few different brands of these size 3 for my son to play with in the house. He plays with it daily and typically it starts coming apart within the first month, leaving an orange mess on my floor.We purchased this one about 2 months ago and it's still in very good condition.All of them were great with bouncing and not making noise, but coming apart has always been the issue.

My kids love playing with this ball. Has held up great, only wish it was a little bigger in diameter.

Not silent, there is a bit of silence when used on wood, and concrete, overall this is not a silent basketball, but it does dribble really good and feels really good.
