MasterClass Smart Ceramic Baking Tray with Robust Non Stick Coating, Carbon Steel, Large Stackable Cookie Sheet, 40 x 27 cm

OK so that might not say a lot about our collection of trays, but really this tray is amazing.We've got a few other bits from this manufacturer, and they are all great. This tray disperses heat the nicely and is a complete doddle to clean. We don't dish wash the trays as we've found this effects the non-stick, but you really don't need dishwasher power, simply cook, take to the sink and wash off, maybe a little sponge action for the tough bits, but they are amazing at non-stick.We've had this a few months (7) before writing the review, this way I could be sure of the quality, and I can say it's well worth it. Will be buying more...

All cooks and chefs. Over the years I have bought numerous trays promising non stick, easy clean and even cooking but none have ever achieved it until now. This tray is copper in colour but the design and material have made oven cooking a pleasure. No more odd chip or roast potato sticking and having it's nice crunchy edge removed. Oven bakes are slightly lifted so leave a little oil residue on the tray making it slightly healthier to eat (fish fingers, chips, samosas etc). Washing up takes seconds instead of soaking and scraping. I cannot recommend this product enough. The price is ridiculous for what it is. I'd get in quick before they start charging silly prices. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

For about the first four weeks the non-stick coating worked like magic. So much so that we ordered a second tray. The trays get a lot of use because my wife likes her roast dinners. After about 4 or 5 weeks, to our surprise the effectiveness of the non-stick coating began to deteriorate rapidly and started to wear away. Also the name "masterclass" is stamped on the middle of the tray with the letters standing proud above the bottom of the tray. Because the letters stand proud the coating gets more easily rubbed off when you clean the tray. This is a design error. A stupid school boy error that you would not expect a manufacturer to make. If I had reviewed this item soon after I had bought it I could have given it 5 out of 5 but I am not that stupid type of person that you often find that writes a review the instant they receive a new toy before waiting a while to see how it performs.

So far, so good! We have gone through many pans that claim to be non stick but this one seems to be holding up although time will tell... It does appear to be good quality and food isn't sticking. I will only hand wash though so can't comment on how good it stacks up in the dishwasher.

I bake low carb and if anyone else does, they know low carb and keto baking is sticky business! Parchment paper is an absolute must!I baked some keto bread the other day and I forgot my parchment paper. I was gutted when I realized after the bread was already in the oven. To my delight and surprise, the bread popped right out. Nothing stuck!They are also so easy to wash. I hand wash them so I can't say how well they do in a dishwasher.

I live for this baking tray! It doesn’t need foil, butter, oil nothing and everything always comes out beautifully and slides right off. From meat and veggies to scones, cookies, you name it this tray can do it. Be careful washing up with it, and don’t use anything metal on it to scoop up stuff it will scratch it.

What a nice baking tray! It's got a solid, weighty feel to it and doesn't seem to warp in the oven like cheaper ones do. The copper finish looks really nice. The non stick performance, at least in the first four or five uses, has been incredible. Bits of food and roasting residues that look baked on solid, just slide off. Don't know how well the non stick will hold up, but so far it's great. Only downside is that I think the quite pronounced texturing of the surface would leave an imprint if you were cooking raw pastry or dough on it. Wouldn't necessarily look bad though

I have loved using this tray and it is very much non-stick! It is very heavy and despite this is really pleasant to use and cook with. I find it very easy to clean with no pre-soaking and I have used it to cook frozen foods, fresh homemade pizzas, chicken breasts, sausages... (the list goes on). All easily come off to be eaten and residues clean off quickly! Love it
