Chinese-English Dicitonary

No problem

The information is "all there" but the size of the type is WAY too small for me. This book is essentially a "mass" edition rather than a "trade" edition, with very thin paper and dimensions of (I don't have this exactly) maybe 4 by 6 inches (!). The overall quality of this matches a lot of Chinese language related things I can find, which is, frankly, very far from adequate.

Listening repeatedly is one of the key to learning any languages so this book is really helpful but it can get boring at times since you will hear the same words or sentences throughout the book. I will go back and listen to the whole book over and over again to keep remembering the sentences and words since I don’t speak Mandarin in my daily life.

It only has basic English. Elementary school level of vocabularies. Pretty much useless. Added one star for its pocket size.

Navigating a Chinese dictionary is a lot different from looking up words in an English dictionary. The print is very small. That makes it hard to look up complex Chinese characters without a magnifying glass. This has been a problem for me as a new student of Chinese. Therefore it is difficult for me to be helpful in critiquing this dictionary. I would pay more for bigger print.

Not really worth if you have AI now

O dicionário na parte textual é bom, mas o material é de péssima qualidade. Capa super fina e papel jornal, que não se vê mais nem em livros de bolso! Complicado para um dicionário, pois este é um tipo de livro feito para ser consultado diversas vezes e por muitos anos, diferente de um livro de bolso, que é geralmente de leitura única! Decepcionado com a compra!
