I tried a certain medication that costs over £150 a month depending on where you get it. But had extreme reactions to it after a few weeks. The initial reaction was brilliant and I was gutted it wasn’t for me as I had easily lost weight.I mulled over other things and settled on trying these parches without expecting too much if anything.Well it maybe a placebo effect or they work because I feel exactly as I did week one with the other medication! This is day 2 and im honestly absolutely shocked how it’s worked.I’m only keeping the patches on for 3 hours so far and that’s enough to keep me off any thought of food from dinner to breakfast ( I figured slowly starting is probably best given my reaction to the other stuff) . I woke hungry this morning but was full from toast until 4:30 pm!It’s definitely worth a try even if it just relict starts me back into how I was after the last meds.

I got the metabolism ones, I’ve only had them for a few days but it has COMPLETELY curbed my appetite and I don’t know if it’s the patches or just because I’m eating less but I feel so much better already. Literally 10/10

Still troubled with hot flushes, the patch has no effect at all. Hoping it would work somehow but sadly, no.

I can feel the benefit straight away. Good value for money. Easy to open and use.

I have tried a few of the patch collection patches now including Sleep & Immune Boost. I have been very impressed by the results.I sleep significantly deeper with less waking up during the night, even my Whoop has said my recovery is better on the days where I have used the patch the night before so it definitely is not placebo. I also used the immune boost on my daughter when she had a bad chest cough and she improved within 24hrs of using the patch which was surprising as it usually takes her a few days, even up a week to shift colds. These will definitely be a really good aid to wellness and recovery and I will definitely be ordering again.

Only tried once so far, definitely helped me relax, however they did not help with sleep at all.
