i bought this product after a friend recommended it to me . wow what a fantastic piece of kit for diyers and professional mechanics ! it supports full system diagnostics ,including reading and clearing fault codes and one of the main reasons i purchased is it reads live data ! it also provides 6 reset functions that are super easy to use ,oil reset ,tpms reset.epb reset , great for when you are changing the brakes on your car ,bms for when you are changing your battery , throttle body adaptation ,and dpf regeneration a very important function for diesel car owners ! the tool comes in a really well packed box and it ie very easy to use the price of the tool is so value for money considering all the functions it can carry out i have not seen a better scan tool for sale that can match the topdon carpal !

It is a nice obd scanner, it works for my bmw in general, it reads and clears fault in my bmw e90 318i. if yoy want a more professional tool, for example register injectors, or delete system adapatiions you need something else, but this one is good for daily jobs and it is easy to setup

Well impressed with this - nice and easy to use, connected with my 2016 mk7 golf 2.0tdi no problems and help me read and reset all the fault codes. Was also very impressed to find it could read live data too! Enabled me to produce a graph of fuel rail pressure and engine rpm during startup to diagnose a problem. Very pleased - will no doubt save me loads in the long run.

I use this scanner on all my cars and even friends cars. It has worked perfectly on Toyota, Jaguar, Peugeot, Ford and Seat with no issues. The connection is quick and the fault information is clear. Great tool to keep in the car and excellent value for money.

Wow it literally scans everything. Save yourself a diagnostic bill! I used it to scan my BMW 3,4,5 series and VW Golf. It’s an amazing piece of gadget. Straight up plug and play with great Bluetooth connection.

Worth every penny. I recently bought a 2013 Nissan Qashqai and the airbag/SRS light was flashing. According to Google, it could have been a number of things and I was determined to sort it out myself as I usually carry out most of my own vehicle maintenance. I have a cheap Chinese OBD Bluetooth adapter and use the Torque app for most of my fault finding when it comes to engine management lights, but this doesn't do anything other than engine related stuff. I had it on good authority that this Topdon adapter and the Carpal app would read SRS faults. I ordered it yesterday, it arrived today and after about 10 minutes of setting up, entering vehicle details etc, I was able to run a full diagnostics check. The problem was presented instantly and it was due to loose connection under the driver's seat, I sorted it and cancelled the fault code without any problems. There were no other faults found which means that I can drive safe in the knowledge that the car is running as it should and I no longer have an annoying red light flashing at me which was really starting to pee me off. I'll connect it up to my vauxhall combo van later to see if there is anything untoward that I should be aware of. All in all, very happy that I have managed to save some time and money by not having to take the car to a garage

Pros - The appearance is so so cool. It doesn't look cheap in your car, even not mentioning THAT indicating light. - The clip outmatched other brands. It helps when you plugged, but not against you when you unplugged - The app also looks good and is a whole toolbox for you to play around - For DTC, the app did well to search them out; can clear DTC; but outmatched others by: can help generate PDF report; can even read back the history report after you unplugged Cons - What they are not being honest and mention the subscription and pay plan. According to their dialog, you can "use" the app after no subscription, which things within the "tool box" playground. But you cannot read DTCs which is the most important thing of the diagnostic dongle. You are free for the first year, then $29.99 per year - When downloading software, the app mentioned that you can only choose "3 makes". I do not understand whether I can use 3 makes at the same time? Can I delete it to get a quota back? I can choose the same make with 3 quotas per year? or what? The $29.99 subscription is for all makes or per make every year? I am really confused.

Bon outil de diagnostic pour débutants et l'application carpal fonctionne bien, la connexion à l'aide du Bluetooth fonctionne bien. Mises à jour régulières et déjà fait des diagnostics sur plusieurs véhicules sans soucis. Permet d'éviter un rapport et l'envoyer par mail. J'ai même découvert une anomalie sur le compteur d'un véhicule d'un ami. En conclusion pour le prix il offre pas mal de fonctionnalités sympa et utiles notamment reinitialisation boîtier papillon, régénération de FAP, témoin usure des freins, santé de la batterie. Très bon achat.

Produto recomendado, não só limpa os erros do carro ( caso a avaria já não exista ) como faz reset aos serviços periódicos do veículo como inspeção e revisão,além de ser possível verificar muitas outras coisas como estado da bateria , motor etc etc Chegou rápido , a aplicação no telemóvel funciona bem e muito fácil de instalar e de sincronizar… Boa compra 🤩

Correspond exactement à ce que j’attendais. Mon concessionnaire avait « oublié « de mettre à jour l’intervalle de vidange et j’ai pu le faire sans problème. J’ai pu aussi aider un voisin qui avait le même problème sur une autre marque. J’ai réinitialisé l’accélérateur et j’ai senti une belle différence.

Ich habe mir den Dongle gekauft um meine Bremsen EPB zurück zustellen. Ich muss sagen das ich sehr zufrieden bin. Das Rückstellen hat prima funktioniert. Beim freischalten der hinteren Bremse hatte ich einige Probleme. Es kam immer der Fehler ESP und ASP Fehler. Nach einer Probefahrt mit Vollbremsung und erneuten Versuch hat sich dann die Bremse EPB wieder Kalibriert und es ging alles wieder.
