Great replacement spouts for all my old plastic gas containers.
The CARONIN Gas Can Spout Replacement Set with all the multiple sizes and combinations of spouts worked perfectly with all of my old plastic gas containers. It was especially good that I received them before hurricane Helene devastated our power grid and we were without power for almost two weeks. It made it much easier to keep my two portable gas generators filled with gas. It would have been difficult and taken much longer to fill my generators using my gas containers with the old spouts.

Awesome replacement for the new government mandated nozzles
I was able to easily convert my newest can, with the horrible spring loaded nozzle, over to the old style with these. It's so nice to be able to just pour my gas without having to struggle with the multiple procedures required to get the government mandated nozzle to work. The course thread ring fit the newer can perfectly. I have a couple older 5 gallon cans that have the solid plastic pour spouts with a 90 degree bend in them and a cap on the end. The plastic had grown brittle on them and the spouts had broken off. I was hoping to use a couple of these for those but unfortunately the thread/diameter is different than the newer style cans. I have a couple more of the newer type cans up at my camp and I'll probably gift the remainder to relatives or neighbors I see struggling with the newer style cans. Improving the three cans I have is well worth the price of this kit.

My prayers have been answered
This is a review for Gas Can Spout Replacement Kit, Old Style Gas Can Nozzle for Easy Installation, Flexible Pouring Nozzle Compatible with Most 1/2/5/10 Gallon Oil Cans (6 Kit-Red).I was quickly becoming disheartened with the new style spouts that are near impossible without 5 additional people to get a flow out of. I get the reasoning behind them but after all these years, you’d think a design change would have been developed to have the safety but allow them to work. At least one company is still making the spouts that makes pouring gas great again. The spouts are good quality and will fit most gas cans.

Good Set
I have several old gas cans on some land that I recently bought. All of them except for one had broken caps but were otherwise fine. This replacement set was perfect for getting all of my cans usable again. Having both the coarse and fine thread caps was absolutely essential as I did have some of each in my collection. Overall, these seem like good-quality parts that should last a long time.

This is so cool.
Gas cans used to be so simple. You attach the spout and pour. Easy-peasy. Now, thanks to some pencil-necked regulators, we have these spouts that are almost impossible to operate unless you have three hands. And along come these. Old-school spouts that fit right on our new, almost unusable cans. Here in hurricane country, we've all got a few gas cans on standby for our generators. I tried these out on three of them and the caps with the course threads worked perfectly. There are caps with the spouts that seal the can shut with the spout tucked away inside. Six have course threads, six have fine threads. There is one weird thing with this set. There are six small caps with little circle-shaped retainers that I thought were supposed to cap off the end of the spout. They don't fit. They are too small. It really doesn't matter because the insert in the cap will cap off the end of the spout. You need to put that insert somewhere while the spout is in place....there are even little gaskets you can stuff into those inserts to make sure that they seal off the spout. That's a win.So now I can use my gasoline cans with a regular spout! Yay!!Just one note - there is a drill bit sized to install little vents like the old cans used to have. If you're going to drill into a plastic gasoline can (or even a metal one) make darn sure that there isn't any gasoline in it. Drills make sparks. Gasoline vapors are explosive. Don't be that guy.

Fix those "safe" gas cans that are prone to spillage
I like that they include 2 cap parts for each tube = depending on the brand of container, either a corse or a fine thread cap is required. Also includes the specific drill bit size needed for the vent plug. Thank you for that !Make those "safe" fuel cans actualy safe again. Honestly, I spill gas every time I use one of those so-called 'safe' pour systems. With these re-fit spouts, we can once again have control over the flow...

No more time wasting or hassle
This is a handy way to convert those stubborn gas jugs. They pour out gas like they used to before all the dumb changes. They are a durable plastic and fit well. No more taking forever to fill a lawn tractor! Well worth the money.
