Comprehensive but mixed usefulness set
This set contains a variety of items for improving you grip, finger and firearm strength.Everything in the set is good quality and fit for purpose but depending on your existing grip level some of it may not be that useful. The ring, rubber hand squeezer and multi spring exerciser will only be beneficial if you have a fairly low starting strength point. The rest is probably suitable for most people of average strength.This is a good set and most useful for people only just starting to improve their strength. At around £16 it's fairly good value.

It got a thumbs up from the hospitals physiotherapist
Got this for my wife after her hand injury, the physiotherapist asked to see it and was impressed with it..and showed my wife how to use the pieces, which brings me to the down side...there was no instructions on how to use these items, I don't know was that an deliberate or a one off and they are meant to have instructions...That said I would recommend these, but see a physiotherapist on how to use them properly..

Purchased this for my 16 year old son. But there are no instructions..

Item broke after 44 days!
I had the item for 44 days and the spring broke. The extras are nice, but ultimately useless, they have very little resistance.

Good variety of exercise equipment
Good for the price, it is a full set and there are pieces in there that I haven't used before, the finger stretcher is unusual most equipment focuses on increasing the grip strength(closing) of the hand, the finger stretcher does the opposite it trains the opening of the hand which is for me quite unusual, the individual finger exerciser is not smooth and I think it could benefit from a longer movement and it is difficult to isolate the individual fingers, the counter on the forearm trainer is a good idea, simple but it makes you use the full range of motion or it doesn't count the rep, I probably won't use the stress egg or ring, so it's average 3 stars
