These are lovely! Not too sweet, but a yummy treat. They are well packaged with a decent expiry.Having used them for a few weeks now, personally, I cannot honestly say I've noticed any effect, positive or negative. Other reviewers say they do help, though, so it looks like it's something that differs from person to person and so my experience is not necessarily the same as the experience you might have.
