I purchased this laptop for my mom and she absolutely loves it. It's lightweight the screen is big enough to see everything you need to see. It has lots of features Windows Microsoft Office and co-pilot. The processor is it's fast and it has enough storage capacity for pictures documents music Etc. And the color is pretty as well. So far it's performing great.

Excellent computer, it completely lives up to its promises. It's fast, easy to use, and perfect for work, studies, and everyday use. The quality is very good, the design is attractive, and the performance pleasantly surprised me. I recommend it 100%.

While it’s not meant for advanced editing or demanding software, it handles light productivity tasks without issues.

I like it, it’s nothing special. Runs just fine, has moderate storage, ample battery life, and is pretty versatile. All in all, solid for the price. If you think you can do better than this though, you probably can.

I bought this because it had so much the functions & durability is perfect there’s no slack not slow at all the battery last over 11 hours the sound is great the keyboard is very nice feel very light & easily to set up I’m loving it especially all the extra gadgets that came with it the price was in my neighborhood of what I wanted to pay plus free 360 for a year I’m not tech savvy at all so it’s been pretty easy so far I added a $5 sleeve for the keyboard love it from Amazon I recommend this laptop I made a great choice my business will be a success now 🦋💋

The laptop I received was second-hand and, while the exterior was in great condition, it had several serious performance issues. It frequently froze, blacked out from time to time, and ran extremely slow. After a short period of use, it completely stopped working. In addition, the laptop did not arrive on the promised delivery date and was delivered approximately two weeks late. Due to these issues, the product did not meet reasonable expectations of functionality or service. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly.

Glad to get the refund back because that laptop was second hand one but look's beauitul though

The design and color is awsome. Lightweight enough for portability. Ergonomically sized screen and keyboard. Lots of ports (HP always have more port features than Dell). Took less than 2 hours to load Ubuntu distro, replacing MS OS. (fastest rebuild ever!) Relatively fast to power up too. The extra 256GB is a nice extra storage to carry around. For every day personal use or movie streaming, it is perfect.

This laptop is okay. I guess decent for the price. The screen is really pixilated and the battery doesn't last more 4 hours without needing a charge. I don't know if it's just mine though. The camera quality is garbage too. It's good for light school work, but it is not good for watching anything on like Netflix, etc. I will say I do like a lot of the features. This is the first laptop I bought myself too. I would recommend spending a bit more money and getting a different one!
