Tea Forte Kati Cup Ceramic Tea Cup with Infuser and Lid for Infuser - Hanami

I cannot say enough good things about this mug! It's beautifully made and exceptionally functional, and I look great drinking my tea. u_u Pros: ► Beautifully crafted with an attractive design (I got the poppy - it's gorgeous!) and double-wall ceramic. Heats up easily in the microwave. ► It keeps your tea warm, yet it's not hot to the touch. You can safely hold onto your hot tea without a handle or without worry of burning your hands. ► The stainless steel infuser fits the cup perfectly and is excellent for steeping tea, especially if you don't want *any* leaves in your tea. It is especially wonderful if you steep organic leaves, which will expand like crazy. Also, because the infuser is so big, you can easily steep a second time. Cons: ► This is less of a con and more of a suggestion - in lieu of a ceramic lid or (better yet) in addition to a ceramic lid, a fitted rubber or silicone lid would be ideal for turning this beautiful mug into a travel mug. I have read other reviews that state the infuser stains easily. This hasn't been the case for me, but it might be because I use organic green tea leaves, which don't stain as easily. However, I still clean my other infusers and it's very simple: baking soda and a little vinegar. Cleans it right out! I would highly recommend buying this as a gift or to treat yourself. I'm glad I did. ;)
