Received Used, Faulty Product – Disappointing Experience
I received the controller with a broken seal, and it was clearly used. The controller wouldn’t charge or turn on. Additionally, it was an older model, known for drift issues after a few months of use.**Tip for buyers: On the back of the controller, check the FCC ID. If it ends with a number "1," it’s an older model prone to drift issues. Models ending with a letter (like "A" or "B") are newer and more reliable. If you get the old model, consider returning or replacing it. Or better, buy from an offline store.I am returning mine back to seller :)

Fake product. Stick drift in 3 months
The product was fake. Went to get warranty claimed at the store and they told the product's warranty was already claimed for the same serial number

Drift issue
It started having drift issues only after 1 month of purchase. Now I have to buy new one but not going to buy Ps5 controller again.

Buy from other seller or offline store
The product is very good , no doubt about that. But it have a very big issue of "drifting" the joysticks . Basically this saller sales the old models and the old models have a drifting issue .It will be better for you to buy from another saller or from any offline stores.

What should i do now
In one week i am facing joystick drifting issue and also I received different unit, in product pictures they have shown product box with English text but I received spanish one

Old model
Stickdrift within a week. Gen 1 model received. No warranty card shared in box. Not sure this is India product. Checking with Sony
