Makes everything taste so good
After using vanilla essence everyday in the things I eat mostly chocolate milk, chocolate yoghurt, etc, I realised how much of what we consider the typical chocolate taste is actually vanilla. I made a cold chocolate milk with hershey's cocoa powder and just one spoon sugar and a few drops of this and it tasted like a liquid 5 star bar..it's crazy. I think using this along with cocoa powder, etc can also help you reduce the amount of sugar you consume because the vanilla itself has such a sweet taste. I don't know how healthy it is for regular use so will look for a natural alternative as this one has a lot of flavouring substances.
