This product was easy to use and looked nice. I liked how quickly it worked and how simple it was. The price was good, but I wish. I think this is a good product for anyone who wants something simple and useful.

No service centre, board issue, no call center support
After 1 year of use it won't charge, and there is no service centre near me in Chennai to repair it. I charge every week and use for 4 hour and my charging time is 4 hour. No service centre for this product. Only selling the product. So I reach the local service centre and they said, the transformer is not working.

One of the best Emergency lights
This is second one I am buying for my parents, after they liked the first one I had bought some 3yrs ago. My old one is working perfectly even now, and the new one is also the exact same. - The product has a 9-LED torch in the back for pointed use like a torch, and a 30-LED panel in the front for regular room use. - They both had seperate buttons. The buttons are sturdy and high quality - In general the plastic quality is very good - The 30-LED panel in the front can be rotated to turn it into a table lamp. This is useful, and the mechanism looks sturdy, but might not last long if it is done many times a day. I rarely use this option, so it has stayed intact. - The charging cord is attached to the light and conveniently goes into a little compartment at the bottom of the light. - It is not feather light, but not heavy either. It is quite easy to carry, even for aged people like my 65+ mom and dad. I received a Maroon (Dark Red) Coloured one instead of the normal Red, but I prefer that colour and it looks better so no problem for me. Update 16-May-2017: Still working as good as Day-1. Fine Product
Product is good but it seems battery took extra time to get charged. Solar charge option could have given on this product.

8 year and still working like new
This product comes with 6 month and I bought this product twice in the year of 2017 with price of 1500 it's 2025 going to end soon and this product still works like same since all this year 8 year and still working I am very very happy with this product
