This is a handy item to have if you need to quickly check voltages for your DIY projects. I have used it to check old 18650 laptop batteries, and it works perfectly. Additionally, the ability to test voltages touchlessly is a nice benefit.

Very nice tool to keep in my truck. Does all major functions I need with no fuss. I like that it is in such a small package and has the ability to detect electrical current with non contact. Works great to help identify if buried cables are live or dead.

I like the auto off feature, but to check a battery quickly, it is best to remove the extra plastic on the tip. Thats a bit of a hassle and what I use this meter for the most. A plus is the the internal AAA batteries instead of the overpriced 9 volt.

Picture is very misleading, are you joking? Does NOT look very large or robust as pictured. Yes, it works fine, but it doesn't look like it can handle anything stronger than a 12 battery. I'm just getting used to more features. Auto feature is nice, size makes it easy to handle, but I'm skeptical that it can handle anything stronger than residential current.

The voltmeter works well and the shear size of it makes it very easy to pack around. Even though it’s really tiny… It’s easy to read. The auto adjusting for the different settings is great.! The test lead lengths are not bad and the caring bag/case stores all the loose stuff well. For the price it’s a decent device.
