Works well as a feeder. It's sturdy and is designed well, including the app. I bought other feeders where a subscription was required to retain any recordings, this feeder uses a memory card so you don't have to get the subscription. Card works well, I bought a massive card, 250GB, I think 25GB would have been more than enough. At first night vision didn't work. Customer service was responsive and they issued two software updates to fix. Ultimately they said the device was faulty and shipped me as replacement. They also advised me to keep the other device for parts. It works fine except the night vision. It did take a number of weeks to get to the outcome, but they were thinking it was a software problem. The night vision on the replacement works well. It's easy to change settings - feeding timer, recording options, and can instant feed if remote and no food is left. Great device and good customer service. Only negative item for me is that it is very large for my cat who only eats dry food as a supplement. So I never fill it so the food will stay fresher. Would be good to have a vacuum tank, or to fill the tank with something inflatable to help remove the air....

This is a 10/10 product that has exceeded expectations. Arrived in perfect condition due to great packaging. The app loaded onto my iPhone and the PetLibro connected to the Wi-Fi without a problem. The firmware updated quickly and it was showtime …… put the dry food in the silo, set the feeding time and used the camera function on my iPhone to see that the dry food went into the stainless steel bowl. It all worked perfectly. I was concerned that the mix of dry food we use including cubes of dental care dry food but I needn’t have worried. Your buying decision is whether to go for the camera or not (I love the camera). Alerts come up on the iPhone indicating audio and visual noise detection plus confirmation of food being released into the bowl. This can also act as a security alert if the cat isn’t causing the alerts! The next thing to test is the battery backup ……

It’s an amazing product for you cat, love how I can control my cat feeding habits since he eats mostly dry food. It’s easy to install, love the fact that you can choose how much food you want to feed, timing is accurate too.

Super pratique, facile à programmer, la gamelle se lave facilement car en inox. Possibilité de le laisser brancher ou de mettre des piles (pratique si coupure de courant). Les croquettes font un peu de bruit en tombant dans la gamelle mais c'est pas vraiment dérangeant. Design moderne, avec visibilité sur le niveau de croquettes. Acheté il y a plus de 2 ans et jamais eu de soucis. Seul bémol : l'heure qui a tendance dans le temps à avancer plus vite que sur nos téléphone donc il faut parfois la re-régler si on tient à avoir des horaires vraiment fixes pour la distribution de croquettes.
