Love the smell of this balm. It lasts much better than I had anticipated.

VERY floral solid fragrance here. It's a balm-style fragrance that comes in a small tin. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the incredibly powerful floral wasn't it. It's not a bad floral per se, more like a field of wildflowers but amplified. Being a balm, you do have to apply it carefully. I found that using something other than my fingers helps me not be too overpowering, as it absorbs into my skin and is still very much there when I wash my hands. It does fade nicely over several hours to a much softer version of itself, which is a clean/green floral. It lasts several hours overall, just be careful with placement and mount. It's inexpensive, which is great and its easy to take along with you in the tin - just be careful leaving it anywhere too warm because the balm will melt and your fragrance will be everywhere.

I was kinda excited to try this because the little tin is cute and I like natural stuff. The texture is actually really nice — kind of a soft, buttery balm that melts the second you touch it. I only needed a tiny swipe on my finger, and it spread really easily without feeling waxy, sticky, or oily. The scent is where things went a little sideways for me. In the tin, I honestly couldn’t smell much at all. But once it hit my skin, it opened up fast and got a lot stronger. On me it turned into this deep, sweet floral scent with a warm, almost resin-y vibe. Some people love that kind of rich floral profile, but I was hoping for something lighter and more “mimosa,” so it just didn’t match what I expected. I put it on my wrists and a little on my neck, and for a solid perfume it actually has more reach than I thought it would. People around me could smell it for the first hour without me even moving much. After that it settles down and sits closer to the skin. I’d say it lasts about two to three hours before it fades into a soft skin scent you kinda have to sniff up close to notice. I don’t hate it, but I wasn’t crazy about it either. The product itself seems well‑made, and I like the natural idea behind it, but the scent just didn’t land for me. So yeah… it’s an okay 3 stars.

The way the fragrance fills a space without being overpowering is exceptional. I loved how people kept sniffing and trying to find the source, because it lingers so sweetly in the air—my colleagues had to verify where it was coming from. It boasts top-quality ingredients, a beautiful aroma, and all-day lasting power. Five stars and five thumbs up from me. I eagerly await more varieties—bring them on, I want to try them all.

I had several people give me their opinion on this after my spouse wasn't impressed -- because that's one person's opinion and not fair for a review. Most people thought it was some sort of compact soap, which is not what it looks like to me, but said this based on the scent. None of them said they would wear it, including my spouse, but several of them agreed that it does lend itself to a 'freshly showered' sort of vibe that could be good. The scent is "soap like" as described by everyone I asked. The tin is sturdy, but isn't airtight and scent leaks in the area it's kept in -- but this could be due to a manufacturing variance and may not be typical. So the final question is around desirability and value: will you like it? I think the size is excellent for something handy to keep in a bag, but ours is best kept in the little zip-reclosable bag it came in. I'm not certain if this is intended, but it works well that way and should be retained in our view. As to how you may like the scent, if you like a scent that conjures "clean" scents, this may be for you. I think a touch of it would go a long way toward feeling fresher. If this fits you, it's worth a try. 4/5 stars, worth getting if this suits you.

I really enjoy this Mimosa perfume, especially if you’re someone who loves a true floral scent. It’s definitely flower-forward, and you can pick up on the blend of mimosa, sweet cassie, neroli, ylang-ylang, narcissus, and tuberose. It smells classic and feminine — not fruity, not overly sweet — just beautifully floral. What makes it extra special to me is the nostalgia. It instantly reminds me of my grandmothers when I was little. They both had that soft, powdery floral presence, and this brings me right back to that time. There’s something comforting and familiar about it. When you first apply it, the scent is strong and noticeable. On me, it lasts about an hour and a half to two hours before it mellows into something softer and closer to the skin. I actually like that it fades instead of staying overpowering all day. The size is great for travel or tossing into a purse. It’s small and convenient. The only downside is that the container doesn’t completely contain the fragrance, so I keep mine inside a small sealed baggie when it’s in my purse. That has worked perfectly for me. Overall, if you love a bold, classic floral fragrance and don’t mind reapplying occasionally, this is a lovely little perfume.
