True Elements rolled oats is an excellent Quality oats. I am having it more often for my dinner with fruits. I prefer this, than the instant oats for its taste and the benefits it offers. Worth the price.

These are the only oats I found as my best alternative to old fashioned oats. I start my day with oats added with seasonal fruits And this brand never let me down in terms of taste and quality. Very minimal broken grains which is essential for a good recipe.

Oats is a superfood which can be consumed anytime, atleast I can. I was looking for a change of taste (and brand) when I came across this. Rolled oats are somewhat round and the grains ar bigger than instant oats. Due to this, they absorb more liquid and thus tend to make to feel fuller for a long time. This is the first ever product from True Elements which I've tried and I must I haven't been disappointed. Trust me, you may not be able to difference in taste and this will do you good to your health as oats are known to do. I have bought this product a few times and I found it to be pretty good. But I had a bad experience in my last order. The oats had some chemical smell and it would not go off even after washing two times and I felt very difficult to eat and I think this is not acceptable for the price. I'm thinking that it's a one time issue. I'm ordering again and if this issue is not repeated I would update my review. I would increase the rating if I can.
