Prior to buying the byACRE Rollator Walker we had purchased the old fashioned walker with tennis balls or slides as feet. This was followed by a four wheel model that came with a seat and folded to fit in the car, large, cumbersome, bulky and heavy. How we wish we had purchased the byAcre from the start! Yes it is an expensive purchase, at first, but it is worth every penny. Very, very lightweight, folds easily and glides across the floor. My husbands posture has improved with the positioning of the hand rests and he is moving faster, easier and in a safer more comfortable manner. Now, he is the one that puts the walker in the car not me, it is so light! We are waiting delivery on the back strap, the seat doesn't seem a safe thing to have without a backrest. I do think the back rest should be included with the purchase. If you are considering a walker for yourself or a family member bite the bullet and buy this one you won't regret it!

I had to return the “standard” size because it was too tight to sit down. I had read that it held 285 lbs but at 179 lbs and 5’7” it was too small to sit down. I have received the “wide” size. Perfect size for me, but also that held 275 lbs. it is 2 inches wider when I sit versus the “standard” size. It’s a classy walker and I love it. I’m sorry you had given me the wrong impression of the standard size. I’m still waiting for a full refund. I sent all of the papers fanny pack everything you had included in the box. It was opened in my LR and never left my home. I certainly can’t afford to pay for two walkers. Thank you

Only a slight problem that was easily remedied. I use my walker constantly but had trouble carrying things from room to room as it didn’t have a tray. So I bought a pretty wooden tray from, you guessed it, Amazon. I put some Velcro on the tray and on the supports that hold the seat and voila I have a tray that is easy to remove and replace. Love this walker!

I absolutely love that the byAcre walker only weighs 10 lbs & folds up very easily, fitting in the back seat of my car. The finish on the walker is very nice, and it appears to be well constructed. I like that the brake cords are hidden inside. In comparison I own a Nitro walker, which has a large, comfortable seat, back rest, a large front zippered storage bag and a drink holder all at no extra cost. It was only about a third of the cost of the byAcre; but it weighed 17 lbs, so with a bad back it just became too much to lift in and out of my trunk. I ordered the byAcre grocery bag with a pull string to close, which I won't use for groceries because it won't hold anything too heavy. (I think the cost for the bag is a lot at $70, but I needed something to put packages in when shopping.) The little bag that comes with the walker, is fine for a phone and a few necessities, but the loops on the top sides do not hold it tightly on the walker, so it keeps slipping off one side even with nothing in it. I am going to stitch the one loop to make it a little smaller so it will stay on. I wish byAcre sold a drink holder to clip onto the walker, like my Nitro. In FL heat, I always bring a can of water with me when walking, but have no place to put one now. I had ordered the back rest for the byAcre, again extra at $69, but I sent it back because it was made of hard rubber material (not flexible or comfortable). I actually ordered two of these byAcre walkers because they mentioned in several reviews, you might have to sit down on an angle to get into the seat because of it's size. The seat size on the regular one is 16", not even as wide as an airplane seat! Fine if you are 100 lbs, but anything over, and you need to order the wider track size. The regular one was returned and I kept the wider track one. The walker is a little bigger overall, but not by much, so no problem maneuvering through small spaces, just pull up on the seat and the walker collapses to get you through those smaller spaces. Overall, I like the walker, but especially it's weight. There is nothing lighter with a seat on the market. Their customer service was very responsive to questions and provided a video how to adjust brakes if I needed to do so. As I said, I like the walker, not the price, but I was lucky enough that I waited to purchase during PRIME days, so saved $100 on walker, so $577+ accessories, which brought it up to the regular price.

During one of our recent travels, one of the bolts with nut disengaged from the above unit. it had performed extremely well up until this point. Temporarily I had to 'Ruby Goldberg' it with plastic ties. Can you please forward a replacement of the said part.
