We have a counter top ice maker. It was getting a little build up, so we ordered this and followed the directions. It came clean like new. Our ice maker takes over one half gallon of water when using, so these two bottles will last us a few years. Good stuff. We also cleaned it before we put it away for the winter season.

Easy to use, got the job done

It worked good. I did have to run the cleaning cycle twice to make sure it was clean. Definitely not a fault of the product just me. I also ran a cleaning cycle with plain water afterwards as well. I still have at least enough for 2 maybe 3 more cleaning cycles. No bad orders from the chemicals. Completely rinsed well with just hot water. Dumped 2 full containers of the first batches of ice and so far it’s been amazing. Will definitely buy it again. Worth the money.

Quick and easy way to keep your countertop ice machine clean and safe. Simply add the cleaning solution in the recommended ratio to the reservoir, start the cleaning cycle, at completion of the cycle just drain the solution and refill with fresh water. Run one more cleaning cycle of fresh water only to rinse, then drain & refill for business as usual. I've had no issues with any of the mystery gunk I've seen others post growing inside their ice makers while I've been using this product. The Essential Values cleaner is an excellent value in my book--it works as intended and will hopefully contribute to my ice maker staying safe and lasting a long time.

Seems to work well, would have been even better if they would have included a lid with the bottle though. The "support page" isn't any help due to it directing you to the items they sell and nowhere to "get support".
