I have been taking for a week. I think it takes away my hunger. The taste is not good but that is a something I can deal with if I lose the weight

I have had no side effects over last 2 weeks, but can't say its helped with weight loss. I have no appetite in general so I also can't tell if it helps, but it is a well rounded supplement of needed ingredients.

I’ve been using these for months. I’ve noticed a constant cinnamon taste in my mouth and teeth staining. I haven’t had lab work done too see if my A1c changed.
