Good size and weight.
These steak knives are balanced and cut well with both a fine serrated portion beginning at the point and a straight cutting edge towards the heel. A little larger than most but not oversized. 4 1/2” blade and a 4” handle.

Everything you would expect from Global - this set of steak knives is super sharp, beautifully crafted and feels substantial in your hands. Cuts through a steak like butter. Easy to clean with no crevices for food to hide or get stuck. Can't wait to cut into this year's Christmas Prime Rib with these bad boys.
