Bought this waterer back in July. It has been great so far; however, today I found a crack in it when cleaning it. Called the company, and they happily sent out a replacement without hesitation that same day. This is after almost 4 months of using the product. They also said they improved their plastic to make it virtually indestructible now! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Great product and great company who stands behind their product!

Product arrived without all the of the parts, missing inside tube to allow for watering without removing lid. Water trough gets dirty from chickens, requiring cleaning each day by hand. Purchased 9/25, first flap on lid broke off within a month. Was able to continue using it, but now 3/26 the center part of the trough has developed cracks allowing water to drip out and pail to be emptied within a few hours. Plastic used is too brittle for repeated opening and closing of the lid. Product lasted less than 6 months. Liked design idea but very disappointed in actual product.

I was surprised that it really works as advertised. It saves me a lot of work filling and cleaning the hens waterer. It really does keep the scum that used to form inside my old waterers from forming. Great product!

Came in as described, makes it very convenient. Any 5 gallon bucket works with this. My chickens love it.

I was so excited to get this watered hoping I wouldn’t have to haul water anymore BUT this think leaks badly. I fill a 5 gallon bucket and in a few hours it empty leaving the girls without any water. I don’t know if I got a bad one or if I’m doing something wrong. If anyone has advice I’d love to hear it but as it is now I wouldn’t recommend it. I love how easy it is to clean and the concept is good but it’s hot and I worry about water running out. I fill it at least 3 times a day and I’ve still found it dry

I like the theory of this waterer as you can use it on almost any 5 gallon bucket, however, it is not very sturdy. The good: it fit a 5 gallon bucket, which I really liked the idea since buckets are readily available. It is easy to clean, functions exactly as it should. All you have to do is keep it in a fairly level surface. The bad: the plastic is rigid and not really very thick on the bottom. With changing temperatures, this makes it easy to split or break during cold weather when you are attaching it to the bucket because you have to give it some force to snap it on the bucket. I wish it were made out of a more flexible material such as some of the other waters. I felt like the price was fair until it only lasted 6 months. I won’t buy another like this because it is too fragile.

Horrible! As soon as I got it the lid cracked when I put it on. The feature for attaching the water hose is terrible. The water just pours out. This is the reason I purchased it. I tried contacting the company and got no response.
