Works great super sturdy!
The media could not be loaded. I love how it does not take up much space in my car and does not obstruct my vent. It is very sturdy. My phone stays on without any issues. I will say that for the people saying that it did not fit, I felt the same at first, but you really have to muscle it in and snap it in For it to attach.This was bought for a 2017 BMW X3.

Ridiculous Return Process So Far
I am trying to return this product which does not fit on my vehicle.While I have already received a refund, the process of trying to return the item is ridiculous.First, I need to send the product back at to China at my expense...UPS has quoted me $200 for shipping.Also, UPS advised I also may be liable for customs charges.Second, the address label provided by Amazon is not usable. according to both USPS and UPS.This is an idiotic waste of time and energy for a $40 product.

I am a little hesitant to apply adhesive to my dash/vent area, unsure how it will hold in the heat, but the phone holder holds my iPhone 14 with case and pop socket on!
